I hope someone sees this because I had ordered my food a 10:30 am and it said it was supposed to be here within 20 minutes and it has taken about an hour so I missed my work lunch because of it and I tried calling the store and I got hung up on, very bad service and will never eat at this location again, I have never had a problem with this location till now
Had lunch here everyday for 5 weeks in a raw, thats enough to tell you how good it is.
Been ordering here for a very long time and to be hung up on like I was nothing is beyond me!! These ppl are rude and nasty, I was ordering lunch as I do from time to time ask the young lady about the kids meal she stated there were no kid meals blah blah blah, she seemed a bit confused about the menu that I was asking about, remind you I recognized her voice from other times she took my order and she messed up multiple times so I immediately let her know that I will like someone else to take my order because I didn't want my order messed up( she got offended) and said she was the manager but she was the same lady reading my card number out loud as I repeated it to her , that made me feel uncomfortable and for her to get offended and hang up on me in my face like I don't spend money here is insane. Then I call back and the guy is rude not even trying to hear what his employee has done which he is the real manager do you honesty think I'm going to order after your employee did something like that I'm pretty sure the ppl that order from here knows the young lady I'm talking about that MESSES EVERYONE ORDERS UP!!! And reads everyone's personal information out loud as she takes the order
They don't even knock to let you know they dropped the food off. They just leave a paper bag sitting on the ground in snow. Clowns.
Took over an hour to get my food delivered 2 miles away from this location….What happened to Jimmy Johns??
This is a good location, fast service - they’ve never messed up an order. Also parking lot near the big box store is perfect place to take a catnap over lunch, nice recharge from work.
Never again.
Ordered the new Chicken Cesar wrap. Tasted outstanding just not enough chicken for me. At 9.34 after tax adding more chicken would put me over my 10 dollar limit lunch tag. Either way it filled me up and the staff are always friendly. Freaky fast with a smile. Thanks
I ordered from this jimmy johns after calling 3 other locations that wouldn’t deliver to my address. This location finally said they would deliver but said I was out of their area, they claim I was in a dead zone. They delivered my “food” but never knocked on the door, my son found the bag with my receipt stapled to it when he got home. When I opened the bag, all that was in there was a bag full of mustard and mayonnaise and when I went to call them back, the store was now closed. They charged my card and only delivered me mayonnaise and mustard, what kind of joke is this?
