The person working last afternoon was FANTASTIC. She was slammed with people coming in all at once, and was patient & kind with each person. She made a great coffee for me! She handled all the pressure exceptionally well!
Very bad service. Some days it is good. but, today, it was bad. I ordered English toffee twist hot coffee and it was so badly made. Staff were very indifferent and annoyed. Same store in other places are good.
This place should be called “coffee with an attitude.” The worker told the man in front of me they ran out of medium cups and then proceeded to charge him for a large rather than just using a large cup & filling up the amount you would fill a medium. When I told her why didn’t she just leave room and charge him for a medium she said “thats a waste of a cup“ which makes no sense because 1. You are paying for the cup 2. Even if they had med cups, a cup will be wasted. The old man ended up asking for an extra empty cup anyways after which was hilarious and totally made my point even better. I would give it 0 stars but just incase the owner isn’t aware of their horrible service I’m giving it a 2.

When I lived in Chicago I used to love getting Gloria jeans. It’s in most malls.I got their white chocolate caramel. I think the drink was blended but it wasn’t like frozen.

Just purchased a pumpkin spice latte which the barista initially made for a small size latte when I had actually ordered a medium sized latte. Instead of remaking it with the correct measurements of ingredients, she just steamed together some extra milk and coffee and added it to the cup to make it a regular size. I’m not sure if that’s the reason why but I can barely taste any of the pumpkin spice flavoring and instead it tastes just like hot steamed milk. Kinda disappointed as this use to be my go to place for coffee all the time but the quality is not what it use to be.

i bought a coffee and asked if I could just get a cup of water and they refused to give it to me. I’ve worked in several restaurants and I’ve given customers water when asked the girl was so disrespectful as if it was that much work to give it out! Wow
