Discovered this place awhile back when they were featured on the Best Of for their meatball subs and they were located near Yorktown Mall.They moved to Oakbrook and we 'rediscovered' them. Trying many different sandwiches which are always fresh and reasonably priced. The grocery has an assortment of deli meats and they might have the best capicolla. Fresh Italian sausage and salads and we recently tried their lasagna which was very good. Quality products all around.
A popular and delicious place to eat. Spacious seating inside and out. A steady stream of patrons but above average counter service and speed. Prices are very reasonable. The tortellini pasta salad was excellent. Great find. It is not very often I award five stars but this is very much deserved.
Great family business, they was near the mall of Oakbrook for so many years with the name of Yorktown deli, I know this family for so many years, I use to deliver them Vienna Beef products while they was Yorktown deli and now they have moved to a beautiful and better place, with the name of Frankie's Deli, they have a great staff working alongside with them to serve the customers with respect and good attitude, I invite everyone that wants a great Italian sandwich to visitthem, you will be amazed that you did.
Our waitress was beyond incredible. She tailored our order perfectly to our preferences and saved us from over-ordering things that wouldn't have been as satisfying as the unique, personalized menu she masterfully curated. My partner and I LOVED everything!!
Some of the best food in the suburbs! Great prices. We go here to get sandwiches a lot (so filling) frozen section is also amazing. We even catered our wedding food (Italian beef and chicken parm) it was a huge hit! Highly recommend checking out Frankies if you are in the area - and if you aren’t, it’s worth the drive.
I like the Italian beef that I bought from this place. It is basically a small Italian grocery store that also has foods that are available on their counter. A friend recommended this place when I was looking for specific Italian products, and it was a good recommendation because I was able to get everything I needed and I was also able to buy other particular Italian goodies. They have a great selection of deli pasta and a few baked goods. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I had a lot of questions regarding the products, and he was patient and nice in answering everything. The prices are average and somehow reasonable. I was done with the groceries when I decided to buy the Italian beef, and I was really kind of surprised at how good it was. It was so good that it beat some well-known fast food restaurants that also have Italian beef. It is huge, and the beef tastes really good with fresh ingredients. It is also reasonable given its portion and quality. This place is definitely a good one. Aside from the delicious Italian beef, I could not be much happier with the groceries I bought from them.

Ready for them to heat up and serve. Each one I've made has been fantastic. Also, an excellent deli.. their sandwiches were so good!
The food here is quite good. Their seafood salad is the best I’ve ever had. And the subs are pretty affordable. Remember to specifically ask for mayo, pickles, and onions if that’s what like on your sandwich, as those things are not automatically included.

It was our first time there and enjoyed it a lot. The sandwiches were very good as well as the salads that we tried. Can't wait to go back.
