My service wasn't to the expectations.Had to wait for the bagels since they were forgotten/ missed from my order. Coffee got cold and the staff didn't care even though I informed them that my Coffee is getting cold not even offer to warm it up.Last time will go to this place...
They delivered my coffee Black, without the creamers and vanilla shots as ordered. When I called to let them know, he asked to reorder and get a free coffee tomorow. I was so upset, because I really wanted the coffee. He didn't even offer to make a another delivery for the correct order.
Friendly service and my Iced coffee was absolutely delicious and you could tell it was fresh. I was extremely satisfied, i wish the dunkin by my house was this good. Will definitely come back to this location when I am in the area. Keep up the great job, with fresh coffee.
Often runs out of donut varieties. The breakfast sandwiches are of gas station quality, probably some of the worse I've eaten. The donuts are decent tasting if you're lucky enough to get the one you're looking for.

Umm.... if only one person is working (im assuming), we get this .....This is not how it was advertised lol ... and the powder is all clumpy at the bottom. So I just paid for $6 for milk.Also this is my first time ordering this drink lmfao ordered on the mobile app and waited 15 mins in line.I'm not saying it's the guys fault but more of the management there.
Hashbrowns are not very flavorful. Coffee is hot. Doughnuts are good. Bathroom was immaculate. The best part of this store was the staff. They were all very friendly and nice to talk to. Made me smile. I needed that. Thank you all for being so polite and courteous. Your very nice people.
Quit Starbucks due to cost and starting coming here. They mess up the donut order and when in the past they quickly resolve it and throw in a free donut or two. This time the employee was actually yelling at me saying that was what I ordered. I replied no and I go to your shop several times a week. He could care less. $1.00 saved, $1,500 lost.
The coffee and food are always up to par at this location (no watered down coffee) and the employees have always been kind and friendly
