(Showed up at 12ish) I had tried ordering half a dozen donuts, before I could say what I wanted in there I was cut off with “anything else” by the lady on the intercom. I continued to try and give my order and I was cut off with “anything else” again. I knew I wasn’t gonna be able to pick my order for the half dozen or add more to the order, without uncalled for amounts of attitude. At this point I left angrily, knowing that so long as I got any better of an experience at another Dunkin; I’d be tipping them a $5, which I did. S/o Addison and North Ave, I left a $5 in the window. Shame I had to drive further for a better experience ?♂️
I got a ice coffee that tasted 3 days old. The staff member named Ashley a.k.a king lashes would not give me a new coffee. She was extremely rude and quite obviously does not do her job.
The two women working at 5:30 on 6/8 are highly disrespectful and rude. The skinny one with the king eyelashes likes to give attitude over the intercom while the heavier set one like to give stare downs and dirty looks. I was told to never come back and called a “goofy” because I gave the one girl attitude after I had received it from the other one. This location needs better more professional staff because the people they have now are going to make this location the least frequented.
Two dollars for almond milk upcharge?? Wow never again will I come back. It's 2 dollars for ice coffee between 2pm to 6pm. My bill was 4.84?? Makes sense why your rating is 3.7 it's ran by children
Today, I waited in a long drive thru line, paid nearly $30 for my order, and when I got my food it was all cold. This is now the second time this has happened to me at this location. Based on the convenience of the drive thru, I returned after the first mishap. I can confidently say that I’ll never be back. I’d rather get out of my car, and go into ANY OTHER Dunkin’ Donuts, than sit in the drive thru at this one only to get cold food. I get the long lines/wait time could be do to short staffing and I sympathize with that. However, serving cold food on more than one occasion is enough for me to say no thanks. Never. Again.
I pulled up to the store at 08:50 Friday night and the front door was locked. Looked at the hours posted and the store was supposed to close at 9:00. I figured they might have locked the front so I went to the drive thru. Asked for the Chocolate Croissant and was told the ovens have been turned off. Asked if they have any donuts and they said no. Was told by the rude employee that they close at 9:00 and I said yea you close at 9:00 and it's 08:50. I don't think it's unreasonable for a customer to expect the business to operate by the hours they posted. At least have something for the customer looking to spend money at the establishment.Looking through the other comments looks like this store is notorious for closing early. Location definitely needs better management and/or better staff.
Definitely the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. Usually get something wrong about the order and the staff seem rude. Like a bunch of teens that started their first job here and don't know the basics of customer service. Thank you and your welcome instead of throwing the food at you and not saying anything.
Ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese wraps and wen I got to work there was no egg in the wraps and the cheese was burnt I tried calling them over and over and no one picks up. This is not the first time and it’s just getting frustrating now
Didn't even get my order due to slow workers and I say that because it was only me and a car ahead of me in the Drive-Thru and it took me 10 minutes just to get to the window and then once at the window the car in front of me was there another 5 minutes so I just decided not to continue the purchase the order due to the poor performance just taking my order
Unfortunately this DD is convenient but they are so slow and so sidetracked 99%of the time. Getting a cup of coffee takes forever and they'll forget half your order so check your bag if you order food. They really are an unpleasant bunch too.
