The second time I ordered here was horrible service and manners. First time great Rosario was nice! 2nd time Adnan was rude arguing with me I don’t know my address and that I need to tip more. I get that we are struggling but don’t make me feel bad for tipping an amount you don’t like. Don’t order anything from here again. Until they teach people to be nice.
Went to go order a Pizza for delivery and came out to being more expensive then the Ubereats Delivery fees altogether. Do not bother ordering from tthis dominos for delivery unless you do not mind paying the 6.00 on top of the other fees to almost paying as much as the order itself.
First, the drivers are wonderful, they go out and do their jobs in all kinds of weather & distance. They are always respectful.■This is the only Domino's available in our area, so we have little choice.■The deals/coupons a good.The Pizza:■75% of the time there is either one or more of the following; too much of the garlic on the crust, overcooked, next to no cheese, very few [vegetable of choice], and the pizza is rather thin.■They do put a decent amount of pepperoni on, however.■Best bet would be, if you can, to drive there and order. If it's not right, maybe they'll fix it.■This is a good "order online when you're out of options" kinda place.
I wish I can attach a picture of the these pizzas we ordered. Requested to cut pizza in squares. They cut it in triangles.. but wait it gets better. Then they realized it was supposed to be squares and cut the triangles in to squares!! Unreal the lack of attention and disregard for quality. Poor decision making deserves zero stars!!
I am a truck driver and learning the app!! Awesome app and this store is awesome! Made my pizza perfectly and even went a step beyond and called and confirmed my order!!!!! Pizza is delicious!!!!
Update: Got a reply off my original review the day the review was submitted. I was asked to send an email with my contact info to discuss the issue further. I sent the email with my information that same day. More than a week later, still no reply or follow-up.--------Original Review:Several days ago I placed a contactless delivery order w/ this location (Lombard). Contactless delivery was made, however, they left the wrong order. Since the driver had already left, I tried calling this location, but got nothing but weird Verizon automated messages and no option to speak with someone. I tried using the app to try and get ahold of someone, but all they offered me was a free pizza or 20% off my order, but I just wanted my order. I figured the driver would eventually come back, but after 20 minutes and still nothing and no way to get ahold of the store, I called a different Dominos location (Elmhurst). They said they couldn't do anything since it's all franchised. Few minutes later, the delivery driver finally rang my doorbell with my order and asked to take the incorrect order they gave me. My food was cold. I left a review for my order via the survey Dominos sent that evening with all these details. Since then, no one has reached out. Problem is, I like Dominos pizza! But there's no way to order delivery from a different location/store. I guess I'll try a different place all together.
This place Used to be good, But they are not making a good pizzas anymore.
We order here everytime but they just keep fooling us and taking full charge but after I say that I order here all time then they are like ok ya and realized and so they lied all time so plz try to be honest to get more respect and more money come on you can do it plz.
Fast and yummy. Not a 5 star because the dough was overcooked.
Just got food From this place had to be the worst food I have ever had my boxes where full of grease the dip as horrible I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!
