It Is the first time I’m leaving a review for a big food chain . John is probably one the kindest employees I have ever met . Always greeting as soon as you step in the store and asks how you doing. On the other hand need to mention that is a very fast person. Very rare to find a good employee nowadays that has both good manners and skills .
Past 3 times I have ordered the drivers go all around town doing who knows what and when I call to ask the guy says i don’t know what to tell you, Terrible service and terrible employees
Unfortunately the employees are rude, lazy, shameless, plus they over baked the 2 thin crust pizzas to the extent that a few inches of the entire outer edge of the crust was burnt. I’m from a small town where our local domino’s has pleasant helpful employees and I’m always surprised by how indifferent the staff is at this Roosevelt Rd Lombard Domino’s.
Prompt service plus they follow directions. I have used a different Domino's in Lombard and they never put the extra cheese as ordered and always cut the pizza when I requested uncut. This gang has their act together!!!!!
I literally live corner of roosevelt and finley. I call for delivery. They tell me it's out of their area even though I've ordered from them before. They tell me to call Domino's on North Avenue in Lombard (even though its much farther from me),saying the north Avenue store will deliver to my address .of course when I call north Avenue they say I'm out of their area and they are confused why roosevelt road store couldn't deliver to me. ....
My Pizza ? was Damn Good but my boneless Chicken Wings we're small as hell..
HORRIBLE SERVICE__AVOID THIS LOCATIONTHEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND WONT DELIVER YOUR PIZZAOrdered 5 pizza, 4 beverages and 2 chicken bites and when the delivery arrived only 2 pizzas and 2 beverages for $85.00.Called the store and the person who answered the phone said it was not it problem and to call customer service.Been on hold for over 30 mins waiting for customers service and going around and around with their online bot asking me the same questions over and over not addressing the issues.
John is best customer service manager in dominos , will strongly recommend their pizza and food .
Domino's In Clarendon hills was the best pizza I ever had but the dominos in Lombard tasted like dog food I was very disappointed between the two restraunts how different the pizza was !!!!!!!
Quality is not consistent here. These are the Parmesan bread bites which are flat. Never seen flat bread bites before.
