their food is ALWAYS HOT and fresh as fresh can be. my Husband and I Always order 2 large cheese curds and he also HAS TO HAVE HIS single cheeseburger with bacon. And so far, never EVER, had an issue at this location. they're fast and all of the staff are super friendly. ??~ Terri ~
The short, overweight, Hispanic male with glasses and no car lol (see him walking to work all the time, didn’t catch his name so that’s the best way I can describe him ?♀️) is incredibly rude and makes me feel extremely uncomfortable whenever I go in. Constantly staring at me and muttering things to coworkers for whatever reason after he sees I’m there, today when I tried to say “how’s it going” while waiting to get my order taken he looks me straight in the face and walks right past me almost shaking his head. The rudest thing I’ve ever seen. Then refused to take my order while I stood there for almost 5 mins with no one else in line, he just refused to take my order. I went there all the time for ice cream so much so that I had a VIP discount. But after what happened today I won’t be going back. Would definitely talk to your employees about their conduct. I will be calling management in the morning about it. This one’s for you
Almost all the food was right. But I’m disappointed with the coleslaw and cocktail sauce I received and did not order. I ordered bbq sauce and ranch and got neither. Horrible. (Of course I ate the coleslaw, but I’d rather have had sauce for the EIGHT pieces of chicken I have)
Decent burger & fries but on the pricey side. Shake was real rich, not a fan. Reminded me of a half- melted frosty from Wendy's. Probably not going to go back...
Forgot my wallet in the car and had to run back out. Totally made the guy taking my order do double work and he didn't flinch. They had a full drive thru anda decent amount of people inside and I had my food in just a couple minutes. The manager was upfront instructing/training employees and they stopped to greet/acknowledge every customer that came in.
I'm going to give the one star just because the got my food to me finally. 3/14 seat in the drive thru for 29 mins. Then my order finally came out and it wasn't my full order. Had to yell to the person that they forgot my salad. So I order a salad, Chicken sandwich and a cup of soup. 29 mins. Think about that. I understand it's cooked to order but this is not service you expect from Culver's. Horrible
I love the service at this Culver's. The staff is always kind. I just wish it was a little quicker. But if that means the quality of the food would suffer than i wouldn't change a thing.
Slow service. Drive-through. Cod fish sandwich good.
Rhiannon is the best at their job!!!! From taking order in drive thru,inside or passing our orders at the car. We honestly miss not seeing them. They make our day every time at Culvers. Seriously give them a raise!!
Everything went great except my ketchup I told them twice and they still forgot my ketchup
