They took a long time to attend the drive-thru and my food was cold , very disappointed not coming back.
I was just trying to get a quick bite to eat one day, expecting it to be better than McDondlads, and as I approached the Burger King, I noticed that the front doors were locked, both of them! So I checked the hours and they were open but had their doors locked. I even tried the side door but it too was locked as well. I even saw a vehicle go through the drive through moments earlier. I even read the nice sign that read ‘dining room now open’. What a horrible experience! I went hungry that night, thanks Burger King.
Greetings, tonight at 8:45 pm, I had another extremely bad experience with a young lady, she's the manager that works at night, she knows I'm a regular customer, she treats me rude purposely, tonight she was rude, mean, disrespectful, loud, and dismissive, I've called customer service multiple times, I'M REQUESTING TO SPEAK TO A DISTRICT MANAGER, the hire PROCESS that bad that a regular customer complaints are being OVER looked, Karma is real! God don't like ugly.
The cashier of color , was so rude this morning, to demanding, I don't know was going in on with him, I'm usually get nice welcome on any other restaurants,but this, I won't be back to this establishment
This BK is consistently on point in the morning. Other times are mostly positive with a 90% accuracy for orders.
It’s a Burger King. There isn’t much else to say about it. I don’t think they are the king of burgers though but I would say Burger King is better than McDonald’s and with the fries too mostly when the fresh
Food is great and the fries are always fresh/hot every vist.
I will NEVER AGAIN GO TO THIS LOCATION IN VILLA PARK... SO FREAKIN NASTY .... HAD A FEW INCIDENTS BUT NOW I WILL LET IT BE KNOWN ... PICKLES LOOK LIKE THEY BEEN DROPPED ON THE FLOOR AND PUT IN CHICKEN SANDWICH, ONE CHICKEN SANDWICH HAD PURCHASE FELT THERE WERE PEBBLES INSTEAD OF CRUST, NOW A HAIR.... SO OVER THIS LOCATION..... NEVER GETS ORDERS CORRECT EITHER... NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR REAL .... STRAIGHT NASTY. BUT TO REACH IT'S OWN ... NEVER AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION.... BYE FELICIA!!!!!
