This is a very well run branch with friendly and competent staff. The cafe is very clean. They are crushed with business every morning and still get everything out really efficiently. Even when there are hiccups with machines being down they manage to get it done, and always with a smile. I've never seen anyone stressed out or complaining. It's a really nice location.
This is my favorite Starbucks. The staff is consistently friendly and the inside warm and welcoming, especially on those cold winter days in IL.
Usually decent coffee, if they lose your order be prepared for some impromptu changes. Extra shot = 1 shot only
This is such a convenient location for me so I got to give praise. Other than that, it's a standard Starbucks, a little small, but just enough.

Employees are full of coffee! Talk way to fast to understand at drive thru and overly happy when u get to the window... Let's not over kill on the happiness of working at Starbucks!!!
