Definitely not fast. This is an update from my previous experiences. An online order was placed 15 minutes prior to my arrival in a short girl with black hair wearing glasses told another employee who is fulfilling that order to stop because I had just arrived and I could wait. I proceeded to wait another 7 minutes for the online order because they were busy with the three cars they had in the Drive-Thru. I don't know if this was the manager that said that to the employee but she looked pretty frustrated. Very rude customer service from that one employee, will never return because there's so many other McDonald's to choose from
Bad beyond belief. Waited 20 min for two chicken sandwiches and one happy meal. Had to go inside to see what's taking so long. 3 employees doing literally nothing and no other customers there. If that wasn't enough, a happy meal had a burger inside instead of chicken nuggets, and instead of the sandwich I ordered something with beef, lettuce and tomato, not even close to what I ordered. And finally, the fries were so disgusting I couldn't even get into it. We ended up throwing everything away. I hate to say it, but they want $15 an hour for what? Will never go back to this location.
Employees here are never nice. I’ve gone here a handful of times over the past 2 years, and not one employee likes their job. They all have an attitude problem that no manager seems to care about
My order was a number 7 two cheeseburger meal with no pickles a lg fruit punch no ice and 2 spicy mc chickens. They changed me for 2 spicy crispy chicken sandwiches I brought up the error I got parked for 10 min. Finally came out with my food and cash for a refund. I had to call the store and ask for my drinks told the employee it was a large fruit punch no ice and a large coke. She came with a medium fruit punch with ice. My cheeseburgers also had pickles. I got no napkins. Not even an apology. Very disappointed.
I read through the reviews on here and it sure seems like people are quick to complain. In case there's anyone out there that doesn't realize it many of the people that work at this, or any other McDonald's are entry level employees. And, like all of us when we started out with our first entry level jobs they will make mistakes from time to time. Please be patient and show kindness. It's McDonald's and like every McDonald's I have ever been to if there's a problem and an employee made a mistake the manager will usually fix whatever the problem might have been. McDonald's are consistent in many ways... First, their food tastes the same no matter where you get it. Second, the managers are almost always willing to try to fix any problem you might have. And third, the employees at McDonald's are always hustling and trying to do their very best to get you your food in a timely manner, just remember you're not the only customer waiting for food.Having said that, I was charged a dollar at this McDonald's for a cup for water once. I'm sure it was probably a mistake on the part of the person ringing up my order and I'm sure the manager would have fixed the problem, but when I saw it on my receipt there was a line at the counter. So to me it wasn't worth it.Just be patient and kind with the employees, that could be your child or grandchild working their first entry level job. Would you want someone screaming at them for some inconsequential problem that, in the big sceme of things, doesn't really matter?
Terrible customer service. After ordering curbside they only gave me my coke and didn't give me my large fry. Went inside to get my large fry and no one would help and I didn't get my fries.
Whatever you do, don't do the mobile order here! I ordered in the mobile app and went through the drive thru to pick it up. Not only did I have to repeat my pickup number five times, but they tried to charge me for TWO hot chocolates instead of one, even though I had already paid! I even showed them the charge on my account and they denied it saying that I didn't pay for it! The workers were very unprofessional about it and they didn't even offer a refund! NEVER EVER AGAIN GOING HERE!!!
This McDonald’s has such friendly and fast workers! I have never had a problem with them or my orders.
Idk what is but listening skills are at an all time low. Having to repeat my self 10 to 20 times and still get the wrong order is annoying
Great location, great food, great prices/deals and great service. Very clean place, definitely worth a place to visit with family and friends.
