I met with the manager to ask for help with my mobile app which hasn’t been letting me redeem any rewards for months. He was the only manager that was able to help me! Others at other locations just dismissed it saying they can’t help with app issues. So thank you for taking the time to problem solve resulting in a satisfied customer! It’s those things that make a difference. I hope you get the recognition you deserve.
This visit was not up to the normal quick McDonald's visit. The cheese was not melted at all and the fries were cold.
Quarter pounder was cool. Consider it is made when ordered, it should be hot, not cool. They are not following directions. I am not happy with this joint.

Better McDonald's compared to Barrington McDonald's. It used to be more of an old shack, but they remodoled it making ift look new. The old one smelled bad inside, especially where the kids can play.
