Wouldn’t let me use the bathroom when I really needed to. I’ve spend over 1000$ with this location over the years for carry out and delivery. I went for a carry out order and asked to use the restroom. Offered the manager to walk behind him to the restroom and was denied. As a business owner myself this is unreasonable and unacceptable. Needles to say even though I live in Hawthorn Woods this is my last transaction and most unfortunate with Lou malanatis lake Zurich. Buffalo grove will have my business from now on even if I have to pick it up. I suggest hiring a new manager that knows how to be reasonable to GOOD customers.
They accidentally made the wrong type of dish pizza but were SO SO accommodating ! Amazing service and friendly staff !!
They are always inconsistent and tonight took the cake. My salad had dirt in it from unwashed mushrooms. Thankfully, I noticed it before eating it. When I called, the Manager seemed annoyed and didn't offer to deliver a new salad, he did refund it but was very short and unapologetic. Needless to say we will be ordering from their Palatine location in the future.
Always consistent excellent pizza. Butter crust is a must on deep dish. Been coming to this location for 3 years now. Always a great choice. Never have they missed something on my order.
They charged me twice for my order. After calling and going in to show them proof of my credit card statement they still did nothing to make it right.
Lous is great. Large deep dish sausage patty on buttercrust for me, large deep dish pepperoni on buttercrust for my wife.. Whenever we get Lous, we get extras and reheat in toaster oven.
Every frozen pizza I’ve ever had is better than this. Literally Tombstone, Digiorno’s, etc. all were tastier than this pile of frozen pre-made garbage. Add a side of rudeness and you’ve got a complete meal!
Stopped in on way home and was told it would take 20 minutes to make a beef sandwich with no extras. A sandwich of bread and beef!! Never again will I consider doing that.
Everything was good prepared, hot pizza and cold cola
Most locations of Lou Malnati’s are pretty good. The Lake Zurich location is not so good. Pizza is often times undercooked and soggy. Service is bad and wait times are longer than they tell you!
