doesn't start making my sandwich til I arrive. 3 employees in the place not doing anything and one customer walks in before me.
Absolutely delicious. I used to come here after visiting the spa next door, and I would always get the number 55 with a pink lemonade and a brownie. This place is miles ahead of any sandwich shop like Subways.
I like Jersey Mikes sub, they are terrific. However, I was disappointed that they decided to reduce the size of their subs and raised their prices. Shame on you.
Love their consistency and food so fresh
I wasn't at jersey Mike's I was actually getting food from a food truck parked in front of this restaurant. The happy lobster , it is a food truck that has some awesome and most delicious lobster sandwiches. I was told they come once a month and it was my first time trying them. They where amazing that I had to go and buy two more . There was a big line but the wait was totally worth it .
Their menu options can work with anyone.
Jersey mike sandwiches freshly made to order are always the best. They cut the meat for your sandwiches right then and there in front of you if you’re getting a cold sandwich. They also make it with all the toppings and condiments in front of you also. If you’re getting a hot sandwich like the Philly steak they will cook the meat right there on the flat top Grill Freshly made to order.
Good sandwiches but almost non existent customer service. The Jersey Mike’s in Palatine is a way better environment and better customer service. Go there!!
Thank you for the excellent service at lunch. You were all working like dogs and it didn't effect the absolutely amazing customer service. This jersey Mikes is on a different level of exceptional, thank you for the experience.
Very friendly staff, very clean restaurant, very efficient team. The cheese steaks are always consistently prepared perfectly. whoever is managing this location should be a district/regional manager as many other locations like Round Lake have no idea how to treat customers, or how to make a good cheese steak.
