They are so slow here. Not sure why it takes so long. They seem to have enough people working. Most of the people that go in the drive thru in the morning are in a hurry to get to work. They really need to speed it up there. If I see more than 3 cars in the drive thru, I don't even bother going because it takes like 3 minutes per car at least and that's just for a simple cup of hot coffee.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. THE MANAGER SILIVIA ACCUSED ME OF TRYING TO GET FREE FOOD WHEN I CAME BACK AFTER A MESS UP ON THEIR END. After telling me I only want free food, telling me I don’t have my receipt (which I provided to her), and telling me this is a family operation that I do this with my father (who lives in a different state). She refused to give me the corporate number stating “you can look it up yourself.”So rude . So unprofessional . So insulting!
i like to pass this location through service but especially by silvia is a person who gives you a smile and I like the way my coffee makes me
They messed up everything. Gave attitude, and did everything wrong. The rude girl was the white girl with the nose piercing.
Night guy never has anything but coffee and it’s always cold. Doesn’t let you finish ordering. Rudest worker there

Going nights I dont recommend!!! guy on drive-thru was rude didn't even let me finish my order I have to keep telling him I'm not done!!!then I ask for fresh hashbrowns and instead I get burn stale hashbrowns and no receipt
I had such an amazing experience when coming in today. There were three girls working so hard and were so kind to me. They said their names were Leila, Aubrey, Anna. They couldn’t have been more friendly and upbeat! They had great service and were so on top of everything. My smoothie was amazing!! 10/10!!!
Sad to say that the doors where locked before 8:00 pm on a 90 deg Saturday night. Many people in parking lot wearing masks. Drive through was open, but does not work for people who are on bicycles or walk up. Sign on door states open till 10:00pm.
The Worst Dunkin Donuts in North America!!Waited 5 min to be waited on.. the store was empty except for me and all 5 worker's were taking care of one drive thru order.Another 10 min before the D D worker could decide to fill my order. The DD Manager thought all change was her tip..how pathetic!! Tips for your information is To Insure Prompt Service!This was not the case!! At All!!
