This is, without a doubt, the worst Wingstop I’ve ever been to. They didn’t have our food ready in the timeframe they provided, they messed up our order, and, upon trying to talk with them, try argued with us about it. But beyond that, the food was just bad. It was old/cold when we finally got our order and everything was overcooked and salted to death. I’m not looking for Michelin star cuisine here, but a little effort and attention to detail goes a long way. Worst of all, the staff was rude, disingenuous, and the assistant manager I spoke with tonight was either incompetent or just plain lazy. Either way, he and the staff need overhaul their approach to customer service. Overall, it was a terrible experience and you should definitely take your business and your money somewhere that will provide you with a quality experience, which is definitely something you won’t find at this location.
I placed an order online. It was a Friday evening so I knew it was going to be busy. I get to the store and see that they're really backed up. No big deal, I can wait. So I sit down and wait patiently. Well, the Karen standing at the counter, who obviously believes that her time is far more valuable than anyone else's decided to do what her ilk always does. Started berating everyone who tried to speak to her. It was quite obvious that nothing anyone said to her was going to placate her. The manager and everyone else there handled the situation quite well, considering how rude and ignorant she was being. I got my order in a more than acceptable amount of time and everything was perfect. Those kids did a great job of keeping it together in the face of all that nasty Karening and I think they all deserve a raise. And that broad that got her knickers in a twist needs to seek serious psychiatric assistance.
Best wing spot around, new thigh bites are awesome. It's been the only place I go for wings when I don't make them myself, service is always great.
Food was horrible. They did not follow clear instructions on how to prepare the food. Fries was cold and hard. I expect better quality for the price I paid! Buyers beware!!!!!??
Okay, I have nothing bad to say about the people that work here or the food, because it’s good, and I understand that it gets busy… But at the end of the day if a walk-in order gets done before my online simple order of 10 wings and fries it’s a bit frustrating, as I stood there for 15 minutes after my order was to be done, just some food for thought for you guys.
Really good wings and fries. Food was fresh and hot. Wait wasn't too long even though they were super busy with takeout orders.

Shoutout to this Wingstop! Great customer service, low waits, fresh food. I doordash and often end my nights getting dinner at this Wingstop because they’re consistently good. I think they definitely deserve some recognition for all of that. Couldn’t be more satisfied as a customer!
1st time at this wingstop. Placed an order almost all the chicken was still raw (pink). When we called and explained the situation the young Lady that picked up said excuse me how, Its on a timer? So she said bring it back and we can replace it. We drove 20 minutes because unfortunately it's the only wing stop around the area. We said we want a refund and she put a young man on the phone and he said bring the food back and they can give us a refund. We told them we had a long drive and he said he couldn't do it unless we would bring the food back. We drove back ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THE ONLY ONE THAT CAN GIVE THE REFUND BACK WAS A GENERAL MANAGER AND THEY WERE NOT IN THE STORE. Not only did we take 40 minutes to and from but another 40 to be lied to about getting our refund. THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST EXPIERIENCE EVER WITH WINGSTOP. 1ST AND LAST TIME. WE EVER TO TO JOLIET IL JEFFERSON ST. I WILL BE REACHING OUT TO CORPORATE IN THE MORNING. Very unprofessional.
Love the wings & the LA voodoo fries/ cheese sauce.. really enjoyed with the food after long time…
