If I could give this Wendy's minus 10 stars I would. I actually went into this facility to place my order today. Waited a few minutes before a VERY SLOW walking girl, who was.....less than enthusiastic to say the least, and clearly did not want to be there took my order. She didn't even say "can I help you". Took my order, and walked away. After looking at my receipt I noticed that I was charged thirty cents more for each of the Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe sandwiches I ordered- 2.69 per the sign in the store, however they rang up as 2.99. Asked the girl about the price difference. Said she didn't know, so I asked for the manager. His explanation was the price went up. OK, but the sign should be changed. According to him the sign can't be changed until an email is sent to them? Yet the register was changed for the price increase? When I opened the bag at home, so my husband and I could eat our lunch, we didn't even get the correct sandwiches. Jr cheeseburger deluxes, should have lettuce and tomatoe on it. I attached a picture of what we got. The buns were very dry and was cold. The fries were ice cold too. I live 2 minutes away. I was not about to go back to that horrible place to have it corrected. As it was, 2 people were there, who were already waiting 15 minutes for their food when I got there, and I waited about the same for my food. There was a puddle of soda on the floor in front of the counter, not cleaned up but with a "caution wet floor" sign by it. WORST WENDYS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! Word to the wise...DO NOT waste your time or money there.
Probably the worst wendys ever. Didn’t give me my sauce I asked for. Chicken was raw I couldn’t even bite into. And no straw with my drink
Ordered a shake and charged, then was told they don't sell shakes and refused to give me a refund. The manager Craig Travis was extremely rude and dismissive about the whole situation. He said this was my problem and walked away.. He should be fired! He REFUSED to give me his district manager name or any information and This was their mistake. Not mine. TOTALLY INCOMPETENT MANAGER and horrible service.
The lady working the window was personable, very nice, and had a smile on her face. Order was correct...like the good old days!
If you close before 1 am change your website. So sick of all this covid bs excuses. Every where else has correct times so why not you!?!?
So glad this location was up and running. With the pandemic and lack of staffing... this location was super friendly faces. The nuggs were delicious as always and the fries... so good!!
I ordered 1 meal was told to pull up to wait for my food. No one came for 20 minutes so I went inside the restaurant they didn’t even know about my order.They had to make it for me again don’t tell customers to pull forward to wait for the food if you aren’t going to bring it out to them.
Ordered my food at 2:00 P.M and waited 32 minutes to receive my food. I watched as 5 people who ordered after me got their food long before I did. Customer service was non existent as none of the workers actually cared about keeping their job
We wanted to eat in this location’s dining room. They have several signs saying their dining room is open daily from 10am-8pm and it was well after that time and both sets of doors were locked.
Drive thru drinks smelled like chemicals and unsafe to drink. Slow drive thru. Lackluster food. Disgruntled employees. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 10 minutes to a better Wendy’s.Update: contacted corporate about possible safety issues with freestyle machine and nothing. Shut this place down.
