What kind of fast food restaurant is not open at 5:30 pm on Sunday? Also, they don't take cash. In town for baseball, so tried to grab a quick bite and use the restroom. Well, we could not. Why have a restaurant with seating if no one is allowed in?Waste of space. Also, forgot condiments and straws.
Placed an online order, sat in the same spot of the drive thru for 15 minutes. Cancelled my order and went someplace else.
The worst Wendy’s ever. This place is truly terrible. At first got half my order & that order was still wrong then after they “fixed” it, it was still the wrong order. I just drove off & took the $30 loss. This place is terrible.
Food is good but the service is lacking....very slow....maybe unstaffed but this was a mobile order and should have been ready but u just have to be patient.
Horrible service - she was too concerned about the guy who parked right outside the door blocking the drive-through lane talking to the other staff then taking & packaging my order CORRECTLY. Small drink instead of a large drink and forgot 10 piece chicken, which I had to go back for. Attempted to call immediately as I unpacked the $50 order and phone was busy for 14 minutes before I left to retrieve missing food.We all had severe stomach pains after eating their food. Do better people.
This place is nasty, I order a jr chicken sandwich and when I got it they put a big piece of chicken on their from one of the premium sandwiches. It was so thick and gross. Staff is just rude. Not coming here again !!!
The woman that was taking my order messed up my order. I had to repeat it a couple of times. Once at the window, I was asked a few more times what I ordered. It took at least 20 mins to get my order. The only thing I can't complain that it was fresh.
So I went to Wendy’s today and the lady at the window was very rude I paid for my food and I asked for a receipt she say we don’t have any I say what do you mean the machine broke she slam the window and go get another lady while giving me my food I stated to check to see if all my food was there and it was not so I sat there and wait the come back she say with a lot of rudeness what can I get U I say the rest of my food also there was no soda at all only some very nasty lemonade very water down I can’t eat spicy food and what happens when I get all the way back to work all spicy smh I will never eat there again
I never experienced nothing but good service with all the distractions and loopholes because of construction I still felt like in the old days I felt the customer service oh honey let me tell you about their breakfast I thought I was back home in Mississippi quite a bit expensive but I don't mind so that should say something because I count my pennies the best part was I didn't get no snotty attitudes and crazy questions if something was wrong they immediately fixed it I like that and they are offering good wages to accommodate their customers during the after 10 hours I felt that showed me the core of their mission is to satisfy their customers I like that that alone will make you go back when you are on another side of town with no Wendy's it'll make you take an extra block or two or three to get that so in other words it keeps the customers coming back thanks Wendy
Decent food, quick service. I'll recommend and return. T.Y
