Server was very attentive and polite. Even gave my child the straw for cocktails. Food was sent to us fast and delicious. Will come for lunch again.
I used to enjoy coming to this Friday's. Right now I am definitely frustrated, when we received our plates for our appetizers all four were all dirty. Now when we received our appetizers, we got the wrong appetizer. Now onto our orders they were not 100% correct so we had to keep correcting our order after it was placed in front of us. Moving on to the utensils we never had any at our table. So once we asked someone else, who was so helpful by the way, our utensils were dirty, we had to get about two more and then we just ended up cleaning them ourselves. So we just ended up packing up early to go home. This experience was not an ideal one. I will not be back.
I don't know what happened here I guess blame it on covid. It is a shame, me and my girlfriends used to have lunch at Fridays once a month at one time. I really do hope they get their stuff together though it would be a shame to have this establishment disappear. I suppose it would be helpful instead of decorating the restaurant to actually clean it, just saying. Came here a few times during/after covid and didn't get any better still hoping.

Took an hour to get our food don’t get me wrong the food was delicious, it took unreasonable long to get our food it wasn’t even busy it was a very slow day for them. another thing that bothered me was the manager talking bad about a worker right next to us, it’s rude and especially to do it next to a guest. the worker was originally our server. it switched him out with a lady and if the guy was still our server i would’ve most definitely tipped him more.
I went to Fridays last weekend with my daughter and one of her friends. Is was really busy. The food came in an acceptable amount of time being how busy it was. My problem started after I got home. I went online to look at my credit card only to find out that I had not only been charged for our dinner, but another charge for $91.78. I have been calling the restaurant for a week and while some people I spoke with seemed genuinely concerned others blew me off like this was my problem. I’m extremely upset because I feel like that is a really big deal for a restaurant of their size. Beware when you hand ANYONE your credit card. I’m sorry I ever went there. We will never go again.
One manager and two waitresses running around like hell trying to cover 20 to 30 tables. We had to ask for appetizer plates when they were served, had to ask for the glaze that was supposed to go on my wife and my mom's whiskey glazed steaks, and had to ask for water (they brought 2 for 3 people). The food was good, manager and the waitress were pleasant enough, but too busy to get things that standard right - don't know if they are short-handed on employees or understaffed but it could have been a better experience.

He made us laugh and in doing so helped me briefly forget about my crippling depression. On the way out, I was almost struck by a vehicle in the parking lot, and Joe jumped out, and sacrificed himself to save me. Overall good service
Very good service. Food was fine. I ordered a house salad, and for $7.99 it was tiny. My son ordered a burger and he enjoyed it. A bit pricey but I think costs are up everywhere. It was a nice stop before shopping at the Louis Joliet mall.
