Everyone was very nice and polite, lots of smiles. Our server Taylor was wonderful and attentive. Steaks were cooked perfectly as ordered, with great natural flavor.
Texas Roadhouse is one of those places you really can't go wrong with. You know what you're going for and you get exactly that. Staff is inviting, food is great, and the service is on point. They deserve a 4.7 overall. Now if you want a slight con it would be the crowd. Since this is one of the more popular steakhouses they are always full of people and sometimes it can be a bit loud or crowded. But they handle those crowds nicely. I never feel unattended or that it's taking too long for my food to come. I suggest the ribeye if you go. If you can handle being around a lot of people and love steak this will always be a good pick.
As parent of a special needs child with food aversion, I find the reports from this manager/owner’s behavior absolutely disgusting. The things reported are discriminatory and abusive towards people with disabilities. Would you tell someone in a wheelchair to “just get up an walk?” It is NO different than someone with autism who cannot eat certain foods.
It is very disappointing to know that a well known restaurant I’ve attended with my family for years has no experience in customer care especially when a “SPECIAL NEEDS” child is involved!!! A person who does not accommodate a special needs child knowing some of their complications with feeding issues! Should know their are certain foods they can not eat or tolerate! And to think a manager expected a family to enjoy a meal except for a special needs child & to shout in aggression knowing that can also trigger the child mentally! HORRIFYING & Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!! Just because a child doesn’t eat what’s on your menu does not mean they should starve while everyone else eats!! They should be accommodations for everyone, the disabled, the elderly, special needs children/adults.!! TEXAS ROADHOUSE PLEASE change your policy! Everyone should be welcomed EVERYONE!
Easily the best steak I have ever had. Beef so fresh! The service, food, and atmosphere is fantastic.
They have the best sweet potatoes. Brown sugar and honey butter is the best. Amazing.
Had a nice side salad and the beef kabob. The rice that came with it was ok. Might ask for a baked potato to substitute the rice next time. Waiter was very friendly. Checked on us several times during our dinner.
Ordered a burger to take home. As usual, it was very good, cooked the way I asked for, and ready at the time quoted. I always appreciate the fact that you can substitute the sides, and I ordered a salad instead of french fries. Will definitely be getting it again!
Fantastic place, great steaks. We had Tamara taking care of us, she was very friendly and very helpful and informative. I asked her if they put any alcohol on the steaks, she said no, and i asked if they grill the steak using the same grill for any pork products, she said I’ll tell the chef to clean up the grill and make sure to bot mix our food with any pork products. She alone gave this restaurant a 5 star review
The service was absolutely fabulous and attentive which is a huge compliment because this place was packed! Hot food was hot, cold food was cold and the peanuts were fresh! Yum and YEEHAH! Can’t wait to go back!
