Muy mal servicio las meseras con mal actitud
This is definitely a 5 star place.. the food is excellent. The service is excellent. They have more servers per customer than any restaurant that I’ve ever visited. I know the owners… & even though I do give them the credit that certainly they do deserve… i just don’t like them. But I’m stuck on the quality of their food, service, pricing & especially their Staff. Major Stars to them. Is they haven’t raised their prices throughout the pandemic.
The food is excellent, and the staff was excellent as well. I really appreciate being a black woman and not being treated badly in the restaurant because I'm black. It happens in mexican restaurants here in Joliet.
We are regular customer of los comales, we come at least twice a week however today my wife and I asked the waitress for two dishes pork and beef meat specials. The waitress politely brought up our food and we noticed that the cooks served our food in a to go containers! We looked around to see if everyone was served the same way and what a surprise! We were the only ones. We asked the waitress if she could please ask the cooks to serve our food in a regular plate like everyone else and she did, couple minutes later she came back with the food served the same way she did before, apparently they say no! the cashier or the manager didn’t said anything. We got up paid for our drinks and leave. After ten years of being a loyal customer it ends today! That person who was the in charge today has a terrible attitude! I will go to spend my money somewhere else!
I've been to many different mexican restaurants, but this one specific one takes the throne from all of the ones that I have been to. Their food is like no other that I tasted, it is beyond anything else that I have ate. Very delicious food.
I had a very unpleasant experience. I felt like I was being ignored and I felt as though the man at the cash register was to busy rushing, rather than listening to my question. Not a welcoming environment for me, I felt out of place.
It was a disappointment. Please, if you can, go to the Chicago locations for better food because this is a disgrace. A bite into my tacos and I had already lost my appetite. The Gordita de chicharrón didn’t even have chicharrón. It was regular meat and it was super greasy. The only good thing was the salsas.
Terrible service. I understand everyone is short staffed, but I shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes for a lime.
On my first time to this highly rated place, wow 5 star reviews..so I made the 30 minute trip, the service was nice, polite. I hade a 3 taco dinner. The steak tacos had 15% chewy gristle in the meat. Flavor was quite good aside from that. Also they did not serve flour tortilla as ordered.Will I give it a second chance? Yes. Overall there was a good environment fireman and it was quite busy.. I just seem to think it would do better quality control on the steak, after all it wasn't cheap.
The tasada was very good and so were the tacos.
