The last 2 times I came here they told me their shake machine was down.How are you called Steak n Shake, but can't get a shake machine working?Worker issue or machine issue?Should be called Steak n Shake Machine Always Down.Also waited 12 minutes for 5 burgers and 2 fries.l and I was THE only customer lol.Don't waste your time going here. Steak'n Shake used to be my favorite place, but it went downhill fast. This location won't last another year if they continue like this.It's a joke.

Steak and shake has good burgers and shakes. Most times fries are not the best, either cold or taste like they have been sitting. Check your fries before you leave.
Worst drive thru I've EVER been too. There were only 4 cars ahead of me (no large orders at all) and I sat in the drive thru for 33 mins! Took over 20mins to just order (there was only 1 car a head of me at the order screen) food was fine. But a sit down restaurant is faster!
Ordered for 3 people in the drive thru right around 5 pm burgers were ok.....but 5.50 for LITERALLY 1 measuring cup of noodles and 2 table of chili...not even enough to just SAUCE the bottom half of the noodles ??? and didnt get drink for the combo meal. If there wasnt a 5 car back up ........
Very very disappointed. The wait time for just 2 burgers and 2 fries was ridiculous. There were no cups for fountain drinks and no lids. The dining area was dirty and in disrepair. Overall disappointed. Food was meh. This will be our last time at Steak and Shake.
Very slow to get your food. Expect to wait a while. They will serve you your shakes before the food is ready so if you don't drink it it will be melted before you get your food. But they are delicious. Every table was dirty. No one goes out to wipe them down as old customers leave and new ones come in. Food was okay. Nothing special. Just typical fast food. Staff is unhappy. Especially if you tell them they forgot something like sauce. You will get attitude.
Miguel and Lucas went above and beyond for my doordash orders that were canceled. Offered to give me my first meal for free even though they knew I was getting a refund. Then Lucas offered to bring my food to me personally. Amazing staff and restaurant! Thank you both so much!!!
This steak n shake is horrible. No management and lazy workers. They arent even doing dine in and the drive thru is slow as all hell. Go some place else.
We got burgers on 01/22. The food was hot and the burger was made neatly, made it easier to eat and less messy! By far the best steak and shake location. And the person working the window was very pleasant!
