Workers are rude as heck, horrible customer service. Food was cold by the time we got it and didn't even get what we ordered. I've been here before and service has worsened. Workers were very insulting.
Been there a few times and they just can't seem to get it rite, wrong orders, forgetting the sides(mashed potatoes) I always order regular chicken they put spicy, was there again a few days ago and ordered 4pce regular and when I got back to work opened my bag and I had really overcooked dark chicken that was spicy, I threw it away and figured I've had enough and won't be back.
Service was terrible! I waited over 45 minutes to get my food. I ordered through the drive thru and was told to park up front and someone would bring my food out to me. I waited 30 minutes and then I called to ask about my order. I was placed on hold and never got back to me. I decided to get back in the drive thru line and ask about my food. The person at the speaker was the manager “Aaliyah” and when I asked about it she was very rude and even said I might as well keep waiting since I was back in the line! I am appalled! All employees there were these young kids that seemed bothered that we are there. If you don’t like your job, why are YOU there?! Employers please watch out who you hire! Unfortunately Popeyes on Cass St. today had terrible customer service!
Usually my go to place ,but 2/28/22 went there and (11:40am ) and was told sorry we're not open till around 12:30pm I ask why and was told the food was frozen. If they don't run out of the pop you want or food isn't frozen its a good speedy place.
I have gone here for the last 2 or 3 years and it's always a hit or miss But definitely a miss lately because this place has the rudest kids that work there. I usually always have something wrong or feel like I'm bothering them when I ask them to fix my order they messed up. My husband and I actually decided to not go back to this location anymore after the last time. Which sucks because it's close to the house and was always our go-to

Worst Popeyes ever. The first time eating there the chicken sandwich felt like biting into a muscle or something. Today was the first time I went back and it wasn't any better. First they messed the order up and second the gave me a sandwich that had 2 bites taken out of it with a large bone inside. Im assuming someone else took 2 bites and brought it back because of the large bone and it somehow got into my order. I'm having a hard time believing an employee deliberately gave it to me and it's more likely it was put in by accident but either way this is the last time I'll be going there.
I ordered on Uber Eats. My order was delayed for OVER an hour. The delivers suck. No one picked up my order. I was changed from three different people too and none picked up my order. I will never order from here again. You people do not have good work ethic at all.
I ordered the big box with two pieces of chicken, one of the pieces look like it had a tail, it is yellow and uncooked, I took it back and asked for something else and the staff had the worse attitude! From management to the young workers.
This food was hot and very delicious. Service was good. Mostly all popeyes in illinois is very goood. The meat was not old, freezer burned neither did it have an odd smell. Keep up the good work!!
