Food was standard Popeyes but why is it every location is the slowest place on earth...There were several people moving around in the back but still took over 20 mins to get our order. Then half of it was cool- barely room temp.
Don't waist your time! This is a absolutely terrible location!!! The employees nare slow and act like it a big deal to to to their jobe. They are SLOW AF! It should not be a reason why they're just slow. This is the result of poor management. Because if there wasn't poor management from the owner of the location then the employees wouldn't be so lazy. This is ridiculously bad. How can any location be so slow. It's not like you got to add a new thing to the menu everything it's the same repetitive process. But yet this location can't seem to get it right not once. You would think somebody would figure it out one day but this location has the inability to ever do anything correctly. They are trash this location is trash waiting in line for over an hour is trash.
Long wait to order. Then had to wait for fries. Mac and cheese was so bad even kids were grossed out. Chicken was okay.
Great food. Excellent, personable, knowledgeable, counter help. Love the Beans and Rice. Tried the SPICY Chicken for a change, awesome flavor and not TOO spicy... Try it, you'll like it. ?
Their hours on the door and Goole Maps say open at 10:00. I showed up at 10:30 am and neither the lobby or drive through were open yet. Nice.
Worst Popeyes I've ever been to. Ordered on the app. I pulled up and they told me they had no record of my order. I was told to wait and someone would bring me a number to call. I waited 10 minutes and ended up getting out of my car to knock on the window as a reminder that I was there.They gave me an erroneous number. I had to search Google for the correct number. The person on that call said they saw my order and weren't sure why the location was unable to complete my order.I got a refund and will never return to this location, run by lazy and inconsistent employees. Very rude and unprofessional
Ordered 3 piece white, got a 3 piece regular with the skinniest chicken possible. Also ordered beans and rice and got mashed potatoes. Biscuits had a funny taste. Did not receive the wrong order because I was the only one in the place at 6pm and had to wait a couple of mins. for service. Should have told me something. What eggheads.Poor food and service the last 3 times from here. I will find someplace else for my chicken.
The staff mis genders people!!! I was in the drive thru and order a 10 peice signature chicken box and the lady who took my order was hard to understand and she had an attitude when we couldnt understand what she was saying, and had us pull to the window all rude. When we were at the window she had an attitude and the staff at the window mis gendered me, which I did not appreciate, I am a guy and get called a women is uncalled for with my gf in the car. I'm not sure if it related to my gf or me but I did not appreciate it at all. The line took forever too.
Placed an online order 40 minutes in advance (30 min of it was because I waited in the drive thru line) and when I finally got to the window, I was told to pull around and wait. If you can’t operate a simple drive thru, please close it down. You don’t even have indoor dining open so this is sad. Keeping the doors open at a location that operates like this, really puts a bad name on the corporation and all other locations that actually know how to operate professionally.
Wait for 1/2 hour to get 16 pieces of spicy chicken, and can only go thru the drive thru, per the sign on the door. Come home with 16 pieces of tasteless chicken, after repeating 3 times to the order taker, SPICY! Not happy spending over $30 bucks for the wrong chicken.
