Their customer service is horrible. I called to order a pizza and the young lady that answered the phone was rude, said she couldn’t hear me and hung up on me!! I called back several times and she continued to hang up on me. Then answered and told me to call the Collins St. location. I will never order from Pizza Hut again.
Every time you call to order pizza for Deliver it has to be credit card.Why? So they can charge you extra for gas!! I will take my Business elsewhere.
I dined in the staff was great the food was amazing. Cheese sticks plenty of cheese and I got the new edge pizza it was amazing plenty of toppings and great taste.
Terrible the people were rude they were using their bare hands to handle the food and then got my order wrong
Worst pizza I've gotten in a long time. Took a long time to get and it was extremely cold when I received it. Barely any cheese on it at all. I paid almost $30 for a medium pizza delivery. This included a tip and a $5 delivery fee.

Made delivery order. Was called and told they didn’t have a driver. I expected a refund automatically. Nope. When I called I was told that that was the policy. I had to go to the store with my original method of payment and ask for a refund for food I never got because they were short staffed. The manager actually asked me if I was really arguing over $30! When I got to the store to get my refund the store was empty and three employees were sitting in the dining area drinking sodas and talking. No one was working. The manager was not customer friendly at all. He stood there with a smirk on his face and kept declaring that it was Pizza Hut policy to steal customers money if they did not physically come to the store and ask for the refund which should have been automatic if they were at fault.
The delivery driver left the food balancing on the railing of my front porch! Thankfully I was there to get it immediatley before it fell 6ft to the ground, very unprofessional
The food was very good. Yes they made a mistake but the Mgr apologized and set me up to come back w/I 30 days for the right item. I'll be back.
Friendly staff but sometimes gets what I want on my pizza wrong. They do fix the problem though when I bring it up.
