Pizza was great and ready when I got there. Although it seems crazy to rave about this but I have not been offered condiments in years (probably over 10 yrs)and the young lady offered condiments to me and even gave me plates and napkins. I actually thought they didn't even offer them anymore. It's not much but when it's been years since that happened wow. It actually got me off guard and that just made my experience a lot better. And yes the pizza was delicious.
Bread doesn’t taste as stupid as it looks on the pizza. I hope it’s because the cook is new, and not because they don’t know how to cook. It’s too much bread for me. Not like an average pizza looks like. $23 dollars for this. It taste alright but not what I expect.
At first they sent the wrong pizzas but after talking with them and letting them know they immediately went to fix it and send us the right pizzas! Love how friendly they were and even offered us a free 2 liter for the trouble! Manager was awesome!
My family had the worst experience on April 15th 2020 with this Pizza Hut. After waiting 2 hours for our food, I finally called to see what was going on with our order. Only then did they send someone over to deliver our food. When the driver arrived, they had their car music blasted so loud and wouldn't even come to the door. I wasnt handed a receipt even though I seen it in the person hand. The driver wouldn't pull the food out, he made me do it.During a time when coronavirus is going on the delivery person did not wear any form of gloves or face protection. The food was so cold and nasty tasting. This has been an absolutely un professional experience and will never go back to this pizza hut again.APRIL 2022 UPDATE: ONCE AGAIN I TRIED THIS LOCATION ONLY TO BE SCREWED OVER AGAIN. I FIND OUT A WEEK AFTER PLACING AN ORDER FOR 1 PIZZA, THAT I WAS CHARGED 30 DOLLARS TO MY BANK THAT WAS NOT APPROVED. DONT GO HERE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND STEAL YOUR MONEY.
I have had a few times at this restaurant where they run out of items or food took over two hours to get to me, but I could overlook those times. Today I actually threw away the food I bought. The PaZone I got had about a tablespoon of cheese in it and the inside looked like just grease, that small amount of cheese, and three slices of pepperoni. The pizza looked cut, but I couldn’t get it apart, which usually isn’t a big deal. However, this time is because the bottom crust was so hard that we could barely cut through it. Tried to eat it and it was so hard it was like eating leather, so I threw that away too. The wings were not the normal quality either. Completely soggy and sitting in a puddle of grease. The staff was also pretty unfriendly. No smile. No hello. Just wanted me to leave the store asap so they could go back to being on their phones and leaning against the walls. Honestly I have never had an experience that bad in every way.
I placed my order 2 hours before they closed. When I go to pick up my order 10 minutes later, they had the door LOCKED! Then they let me in to tell me they “NEVER GOT MY ORDER”!!! They said they couldn’t take anymore orders because they’re closing early!! AN HOUR AND 45 MINUTES EARLY!!!!!!! THEN THEY REFUSED A REFUND!!!! I am TRULY SHOCKED they would have such RUDE employees that have no regards to their customers at all and that THESE ARE THE PEOPLE THEY CHOSE TO REPRESENT THEIR COMPANY! Horrible place. Do not go here. I really can’t express enough my level of dissatisfaction with Pizza Hut.

I ordered my pizza on November 19, 2021 @ 4:45pm and have yet to recieve my food and it is already 6pm I got a call at 5:11pm saying their driver was not back with the previous deliveries how is it an hour later and have yet to get my food.
I love the customer service!!! Thank you Pizza Hut for your time and assistance for a prompt and courteous delivery.
