Food was good and hot but not everything on the menu was ready. I was in a rush and this morning just didn’t work out in my favor. They said what I wanted would be ready in 4 minutes, I came in to check in 10 minutes.
Your employee Lis (however you spell it) is extremely rude. Good luck with your business while she's working the line. I'm sure you're gonna lose lots of business with her employment.
I can not express enough how bad this location is.On top of the poor service they provide, they are jot open during posted hours. I pull up one hour before closing on a Sunday, doors are locked. Not too uncommon these days to close the lobbies in restaurants, God forbid an employee has to clean up a lobby or serve people face to face. Covid taught us this is ok practice.So I pull through the drive through. "We closed early today". An hour early...I have to wonder what an hours worth of revenue is worth to Panda Express. Apparently after covid, the restaurant industry is in that good of shape to turn away revenue... Their 3.4 Google rating suggests otherwise.When they are open, this location is on the struggle bus.I kind of feel bad for the employees, they're always getting their a$$es handed to them.On the other end, they're not very attentive.I always order online, but then I go in and wait while people walk in behind me and get their food faster. Doesn't make much sense to order online...
This location never has enough of anything? I’m not sure why? The drive thru takes hours..it sucks because I enjoy pandas food.
This location is terrible, I ordered a family pack of grilled teriyaki chicken online. When I arrived at the scheduled time it took another 15 minutes for my order to be ready. While the girl was chopping the chicken I noticed her throwing multiple pieces of chicken away. I figured it was because the chicken was undercooked. My suspicions were correct. When I returned home I found more undercooked chicken.
I tried the walnut honey shrimp; it was cooked perfect and was delicious. The food was hot and fresh, and workers were polite and friendly.
Worst place ever. Ordered through Ubereats and after waiting for an hour (and yhe driver being at the restaurant), they canceled my order because they couldn't fulfill it! So I try and call to speak to a manager and they don't even bother to answer the phone. Very disappointed. Hopefully they can find a crew (especially a manager) that knows what they're doing one of these days.
Nice atmosphere and hot food. Wish they didn't run out of string bean chicken all the time.
There is always an issue with this location. They never open on time and closing early every other day. Let’s not even talk about how they are constantly running out of one thing or the other on their menu. Don’t waste your time!
This restaurant always has problems. Always out of honey walnut shrimp.never has white rice.never gives out soy sauce.?????
