The one inside the Joliet mall is extremely overpriced and the portions are noticeably less than what you would get at locations outside the mall.
They gave me a fake 10 dollar back as my change…
It's okay is definitely the right rating here. When you luck out and get your food cooked fresh it is an amazing experience for this level of food.If you come in at the wrong time and your food has been sitting for a while, well you are out of luck. Any crunch your breading might have had is now soggy and chewy and the sauce is now a gel.Given how I've had both but usually some very old food I think it probably averages out to a 3 star experience.
I love Panda Express but their honey walnut shrimp is a hit or miss sometimes.. the shrimp tasted like it’s been sitting out for hours and it’s very stale.
My sister and I went there for food.I got the orange chicken and she got the honey walnut shrimp.They were short on food but it didnt bother us much.Our service was TERRIBLE the girl who was taking our food kept talking to her friends while taking our order not paying attention to us.She left us 5 times while taking our order to talk to her friends.I couldnt see the name of her bc she wasnt wearing a name tag.My sister eats the food and gets food posioning a few hours later This restaurant isnt worthy of being open

It's okay for a panda express. Its mall food so i usually will see smaller portions of the food ordered. Panda is one of my favorite places to eat but if i was going to get panda express it would probably be outside the mall. Favorite one of mine is on jefferson street in joliet.
I ordered a bigger plate with teriyaki chicken orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp, no teriyaki sauce orange chicken was hard and cold, shrimp was mushy and cold. My son had a kids meal same orange chicken and noodles were cold and hardly no veggies, no silverware napkins sauces or fortune cookies and they also didn't add my sons chocolate chip cookie. I live 6 min away, when I called nobody answered.
