Food is always great. The customer service is awesome. Venus the store manager is an asset to the growing restaurant. She has the place clean and safe for all her customers!
Good burger. Crispy hot large portion of fries. Yummy peanut butter shake. First visit will go again
We went to dinner this evening at the joliet store. The lady at the register was very pleasant. That unfortunately is the only good part of the experience.The cook called my name and handed me two trays with 2 single burgers on each tray. When i asked where my fries were she acted surprised and apologized and turned to cook the fries which were clearly on the receipt which she had not read apparently. So we ate our burgers with ice bold buns and really luke warm burger even the grilled onions seemed warm at best. Nothing about this meal was really very good. Was really overpriced for sure. 30 dollars for 2 burgers at a self serve restaurant? So then the cook says my name again and hands me a tray with fries on it. There were a lot of fries but 12.00 worth? I didnt think so and I made my thoughts known and she looked at me as if i were speaking chinese or some foreign language.WE WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS STORE EVER AGAIN!!! This place is terrible.
You want a good fresh homemade Burger this is the spot. The customer service was great. I’ll definitely return.
5 stars are for the flavor.... the fry portion for the charge of $5 plus not to pleased. Very ridiculous to be honest.
Good food but don’t know how to use their system . Left me and a separate customer outside in the cold with confirmed orders. I don’t like complaining but we were very hungry. Turn your sign and system off if closing early please
First visit- good burger. I could see this place being busy, they cook burgers from raw- so will take time to cook. I'll eat here again.
Did an online pick-up order and that was cool. Arrived at the promised time and stood at the online order area. Waited 10 more mins after promised time, as orders were put on the stand no one called out what names were ready for pick-up. My order sat on the stand 5mins before anyone bothered to say anything and then I had to ask for a bag and my cups to get my drinks. $33 for two meals someone should be letting you know when your order's ready
Had Mooyah for the first time yesterday on the recommendation of a friend.The burgers were fresh and the staff was great.Donnie who I believe is the store manager made sure that every order was completed correctly and that customers were treated as people and not just patrons.
Over rated. Quality of food should be better. Came in last night service sucked employees were more worried about closing. Better choices in the area.
