i have ordered from the caton farm location since it opened...thats a moghty long time. yesterday i placed an order at 530. i called them at 730 because thats a long time. she put me on hold for 18 minutes. I hung up and called back, on hold for another 17 minutes. asked my name and phone number...back on hold. michaels: we arent taking any more orders. me: I'm m trying to check on the status interrupted with michaels: no more orders. rudely. me: i placed an order 2 hours ago and michaels: click wow. dont worry, i will never call or recommend you ever again.
Tonights pizza from here was the worse one ever!!! Did NOT order thin crust and that is what we got. Yuck. Ordered half with peppers and mushrooms. Very hard to find any mushrooms. Waste of money on something we thought would be a treat. If your staff is hung over from New Years Eve then get rid of them because this pizza was so bad we ate what we could and threw the rest away and we will tell everyone and never be back. Pretty sad. It's pizza. Is consistency so tough?
Just ordered Italian beef and cheese.. oh boy what a difference? I haven't ordered from Michaels for awhile it was getting worse every time I ordered. Decided to give them a try again and I don't know if someone else is running it or they got a new cook. Bit it was the best beef sandwich I've had in a very long time. Kudos.
Completely messed up my order was over a half hour late they refuse to fix it!! Worst customer service ever
Fast delivery. Pizza was great. Love the Firestarter pizza. Cheesy breadsticks are awesome. Will order again.
I owe Michaels a thank you. If it wasn't for their poor service/staff, I might not have had occasion to try Maciano's. Wow what a great pizza! Do yourself a favor and give it try, you won't go back. Maciano's Rocks!
Probably the best pizza sauce around, super sweet. Recommend the thin crust.
Food is trash. They ruin every order I place. Idk what’s happened in the last year but they’re horrible. I do not recommend them at all
