Will never come back and get food from this McDonald’s! That’s why I only mess with New Lenox McDonald’s and Lockport. Food here is nasty. And cold.
We went in and there was already someone standing at the counter. We waited about 5 minutes before I asked if someone was going to help us and the manager came and yelled "Well we don't have the staff to, you HAVE to us the kiosk". Well what is someone doesn't know HOW to use it? Also, there was a lot of employees there. SO we go to the drive thru and have to pull up to a number and wait. I only ordered 2 coffees...
Cannot review what any of the food or drinks actually tasted like as I did not get to order or eat any. Waited at the drive thru for 5 minutes, dead silent. I understand being busy, and understaffed.A simple I will be right with you to ACKNOWLEDGE my presence goes a long way.Basic customer service 101.
So messy and bad customer service in the drive through and I ask for a large drink and they didn’t evening charge me for it so when I came to the window they say I didn’t pay for it but at the speaker he put the large drink but removed it
Had bugs 2 weeks ago. Spoke to an employee and they assured me "the guy" is coming. Today they still have bugs. On this trip however I immediately got sick after eating breakfast from this location.
Placing an order to pick up curbside was. Easy but going to pick it up, they had no idea on what was going on. Employee actually said ( oh I found the order we will begin to make it ). Time for entire order on when I got there was 30 minutes.
they never get simple orders right most times I go there. mcdouble no onion and I got a hamburger no pickle and breakfast time i got a sausage biscuit and got a cheese biscuit and no sausage. definitely do not recommend.
Staff was once again very nice, drive through was efficient. Fries were perfect, which let's be honest- can make or break the meal.
Inconsistent. Staff is friendly amd prompt but just lots of mistakes. I prob hit this McDonalds 4x week
This is a clean friendly restaurant with fast drive thru service.
