Went here the morning of July 3, 2022 at about 4am since this is the only McDonalds around that seems to be 24 hours anymore. I waited in a line for 30 minutes to even get to the speaker because both drive through lines were backed up severely. Then when I finally got up to the speaker they said they were taking cash only… it is ridiculous they couldn’t put a sign up or come out and tell the 20 cars waiting in line so they didn’t wait there for the better part of 30 minutes!
Order from DoorDash and received a raw burger completely pink on the inside
We sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes before our line even moved. I had to call and ask if one of the drive thru boards was down. Worst experience with that McDonald’s. And the woman who answered had an attitude and I was just honestly curious because the other line was moving. She said whoever was doing the drive thru was doing both but two customers were through in the other lane before my lane even moved.
I use the curbside pick up for the first time and it was not bad might do that more often
What a nightmare went through drive-through, they had my order wrong and couldn't get it right after 5 minutes. I gave up and asked for a refund
This location will get your order right 99% of the time but the food is terrible. I don't know why we think we want this food because everytime we get it it's never good. But, it is super cheap and you get free items if you order with the app.
My God! There's a woman in the Drive Thru that shouldn't be working there! While the other drive thru served 10 cars she just served 1! Slow and not at all ready for it! She couldn't even apply my reward code, and furthermore, I asked for a frozen vanilla coffee and they gave me a regular frozen one, not going back to this McDonalds ever again!
The Joliet Jefferson Street McDonalds is consistently one of the best. Some great employees, and managers. Clean inside and out. (I appreciate this especially since it is close to home) Speedy service, fresh food.
This is rediclous. This is the 5th time I have fake three here on my way home from work and I am missing my iteaks!! My drink is also not even fully full. It’s like a little more then halfb this is the most stupid thing that had happen and I don’t complain! I want my two dojithye I have been missing every time I order them!!
Well I like breakfast some times lunch and I love Cold coffee, milk shakes I like everything ?
