I don’t typically write reviews but this time I felt the need to. I ordered a quarter pounder at the drive thru and took it home. I took a bite and noticed the texture was off. I immediately spit it out and looked at my burger and was horrified. I have NEVER received a RAW burger before from this location. I’m absolutely disgusted. This was a result of careless behavior and could have given me food poisoning had I not checked. Complete waste of my time and money.
Pre-ordered food this morning. Sat in curbside pick up for almost 15 min. Went inside to check and they had not even started my order. The bacon egg and cheese bagels didn't have breakfast sauce or butter (standard ingredients) very, very dry. Needed to find something at work to soften bagel up. Dont dine here, you will be disappointed! Drive 1.5 miles down the street in either direction for a better meal.
Rude/ignorant staff. If you don’t want to work with the public get another job or management should put them on the grill
Absolutely horrible drive thru for a Monday night. Waited 40 minutes for no reason other than incompetence. Use the McDonalds at Renwick or Black Road, don't bother with this one, much better servixe.
Rating on last visit made today 3/2022. I have never heard of paying for a meal and not getting ketchup. 2 large fries, a shake, and coke for 3 people and only 5 ketchup.... You can do better McDonalds. Everyone in a car should be happy with their meal. We are your customers. You failed to fill my mobile order correctly. You failed in all today.
Two drive-up windows with a closed payment window. 2 pick-up windows and the second one was closed. The order was incorrect and then incomplete. Has to pay at pick up. 35 mins, later. I left without the two large fries. Too long of a wait and chaotic for fast food.
I just left, and my order was completely wrong (again)My receipt says 1 thing the items were all wrong.I picked up food for a family member. (I didn't want to open all their food.)Even the shamrock shakes were WRONG.I asked for 3 shamrock shakes.They tried to hand me 3 mcflurries. I told them at the window that was incorrect. They took the 3 mcflurries back. A couple of minutes later, they handed me 3 green shakes. I get home, and apparently, they sprayed mint on the top because these were still 3 mcflurries with mint on the top!!!
Don't eat here! Just saw an employee in the kitchen put his hands into his pants and start scratching while talking to another employee! Never expect too much from McDonald's but come on. We left without eating. Dude in the blue shirt scratching... You nasty dude
I didn't notice till I got home that they had screwed up most of my order at the drive thru. I called multiple times and nobody answered I left a detailed voicemail with a call back number. Guess who never called me back? I will never eat at this McDonald's again...
Very seldom go to this store because of it being so disorganized. Hmm I get a coffee 2 creams and 2 sausage biscuits. They couldn't figure out the order in front of me or my order..then the female manager is very rudd.i definitely will not go here again.
