DO NOT BUY HERE. If you plan to buy, check your order because they give you fewer pieces than you ask for! I just claimed that they gave me less pieces in my order and they did not want to replace them, they charged me 38 dollars for 12 pieces and they only gave me 8, the woman who attended me was already having a rude attitude with me, how is this? you are not wrong? I asked to check the cameras! I asked to talk to someone else, to give me my pieces and they refused! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Best KFC ? I ever had. Was fresh hot,fries were hot and delicious,Mac and cheese creamy not lumpy.(why aren't you training other KFC) cashier was polite
Great chicken and I don't like chicken on the bone. I only order the chicken breast which it's an up charge but it's definitely more meat and worth it
I truly hate to write a bad review on this KFC however my last visit was unacceptable. I waited in the drive-thru for over 30min. I tried to use the app but of course it wasn't working. The food, once I got it was excellent but it will be a long time before I go back.
Food quality, great. However the service was extremely POOR! First of all, I couldn’t get separate orders in the drive through..while it’s only 3 cars in line, me being the last. Meanwhile it’s employees literally screaming at each other. Everything was heard via other employees headsets. Every other employee watching as if it’s a prime time special. I proceed to wait 20 mins, for 2 chicken littles and a mini cake.. 20 mins!!!! Get my food, no utensils. Wait other 10 mins.Wait there more. Circles back, because keep in mind. I couldn’t place a second order. Waited other 20 mins for that one.
The food is always fresh and hot only problem I have is every time I order my meal I ask for the pieces of chicken like ,but they always give me the wrong pieces they don't listen
Went out to lunch with my son. We decided on KFC since we had some coupons sitting around the house. He decided on the spicey chicken sandwich which came with 3 sides and a drink for $7.99 and I got the 2 pc. meal with 1 side and a drink for $5.99. Plus I paid for an extra side. We got out for less than $20. Food was hot and freshly made and service was good as well. Staff was very friendly. Will definitely go back.
Who is the GM of this place? Why are the employees so unprofessional and ignorant. I came before closing time and everyone looked at me as if they were mad I was there. One girl stares at me, twisting her dreads says you came to late come back tomorrow and starts laughing I’ll never accept an Uber door dash or grubhub order from here again as long as those people are working. This is the third time this has happened!!
OMG it's been a while since I've been there but let me tell you I'm throughly impressed, ordered 8 pieces chicken only 4 original/ 4crunchy and all pieces were fresh and juicy. They literally melted in my mouth. Their quality has increased 200%. Only drawback it is quite expensive and there is no Senior citizen discount which would be nice. My props to the Manager and all her employees. Thanks for your hard work and excellent quality....keep it up...??. I will definitely be back and I will tell my friends ?
