We ordered 2 pizzas and a salad. They delivered the pizzas but forgot the salad. We totally get it accidents happen, so we politely called and asked for our money back on the salad. We actually assumed this would be the easy thing. They refused that and instead promised to deliver the salad that night and also send us a gift certificate for a free salad. The salad never showed, but we got a certificate in the mail today, for a salad that we have already paid for, and still never received?!?! How does this make any sense? All that we asked was to be reimbursed for the salad that we didn’t get. This is actually not helpful at all.

Best crust ever! Had the sausage pizza where sausage was a patty....don't want it any other way!

Deep dish, thin crust, cheesy garlic bread are all great. Always been good food, never had an issue and will go back. Allow some extra time of ordering multiple deep dishes.

Delivery subpar: This location cannot get their deliver right. For example, we asked that they ring the doorbell and leave the pizza by the front door. The bell didn't ring and pizza was left in the cold. This happened twice. We've had other issues at other times. So I called to speak to a manager. After waiting on hold for over 20 minutes I thought I'd write this review.

This place has gone downhill. Deep dish crust and sauce were bland and flavorless. I’d rather stick to Giordanos.

4TH time we've ordered from here and the order has been COMPLETELY WRONG!!!! The workers CLEARLY DO NOT CARE AT ALL HERE! ORDERED LARGE DEEP DISH PEPPERONI & GARLIC WITH BUTTERCRUST: RECEIVED LARGE SAUSAGE, NO GARLIC, NO BUTTERCRUST, NO PEPPERONI!!! Have notified "manager" during past wrong orders received, but nothing was ever done to fix their continued mistakes! They are never stealing our money again!!!

Ordered the heart shaped pizza on valentine's day at 9a.m. for a 5:30 puck up. Walked in at 5:25 Walked out with the pizza at 6:05.

I have noticed a major decline in the quality of pizzas and service at this location the past few times I have been there.Tonight I ordered a large thin crust pizza, half cheese, and half cheese, sausage, green peppers. They said over the phone that it would be ready in a half hour.I ordered at 7:08pm and arrived around 7:45, and after waiting for 10 minutes I had to ask for a manager. The store was not busy, and we were at 15 minutes past the time they told us it would be ready. The manager came out (I guess she discounted, or refunded, some or all of it) and gave us our pizza 5 minutes later. When we got home we opened an undercooked pizza that was not good. After going to this location for years, I will not be back and will make sure to tell everyone how bad it’s gotten.

I don't get the deep dish style pizza. Not my thing so when my family ordered from Lou Malnati's in Plainfield I decided to get a thin crust sausage well done. How easy is that? Well it came barley cooked with the cheese just barley melted and tasting pretty sad. Like canned crushed tomatoes on cement crust. Makes you wonder why they make deep dish, maybe it's because they can't make a regular pizza right and had to do something else as a gimmick to get by.

Pizza was flavorless, the only thing that you can taste was an abundance of tomato, the sausage had no flavor whatsoever and the crust has to much cornmeal in it to be considered good. Never going back there.
