What happened to the old crew? I remembered there was a solid crew that was a well-oiled machine that knocked out every order fast and efficiently. Today's wait was just out of hand. Since my family's food from another restaurant is already cold from sitting in the car.. let me continue. I waited for 20 minutes, through 3 in-person orders, and 2 delivery orders before my online order was completed which was just 1 sandwich. I didn't want to type this because this location was my go-to for many years but recently it's losing it's touch. Sense of urgency guys.
found 2 hairs in the ingredients of my sandwich and every single employee in the establishment took it upon themselves to gawk at my girlfriend the entire time we were in there. awful atmosphere and even worse food. i could’ve made a white bread sandwich with better portioned ingredients. yucky!

I stop here a couple times a month I'd say, I really enjoy the Italian sub. The young man that runs this store is terrific. Always friendly, professional and accommodating. So refreshing in an industry that really struggles to find quality employees. ?
Ordered online... -Our Vito was missing lettuce -For my Spicy Italian, refer to the picture below and make your own decision on what you think it is. All I can say is my 2 year old daughter & I consumed that bread before I looked at the bottom, I've completely lost my appetite and am very concerned now of the outcome. I can only hope that it is tomato juice, that red is way too dark in my opinion to be juice. I did call and confirm, their bread liners are not red - if you were wondering about that too.
It’s been an hour since I placed my order. Still no food, only 6 blocks away fyi. Called and was told it should be going out soon, but couldn’t tell me when. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
Ridiculous policy of how they deliver PLUS sending one driver with 6 orders. Freaky Fast is BS!
