We had a 50% off "verbal coupon" by a manager named "Sam." This coupon was given because our last order took 1+ hours to arrive and many sandwiches were incorrectly made.We call in our order and no one knows how to process a 50% coupon. They put us on hold for 20+ minutes. We're on hold for so long that another worker in our office calls and asks why I'm on hold for so long. They say they're short staffed and I demand they finally take our credit card info as we had already given our order. The manager then tells me it will be 1-1.5 hours until our food arrives as they are "short staffed." This is THE WORST Jimmy John's that I have ever been to. Continually this place is slow as Christmas and the employees are clueless as to how to even make a sandwich. Our office always places large orders and often, never is this place not a disappointment.
Every time I order from here they take over an hour to deliver and when we call to see where the order is they say it’s “on the way” when it never really is. Horrible customer service on the phone and if the driver even shows up they never ring my doorbell they just leave it outside to sit without notifying me whatsoever. Never ordering here again ?? and other people should do they sameAnd the bread is always hard as a rock ?
Ordered online...-Our Vito was missing lettuce-For my Spicy Italian, refer to the picture below and make your own decision on what you think it is.All I can say is my 2 year old daughter & I consumed that bread before I looked at the bottom, I've completely lost my appetite and am very concerned now of the outcome. I can only hope that it is tomato juice, that red is way too dark in my opinion to be juice.I did call and confirm, their bread liners are not red - if you were wondering about that too.

Jimmy Johns is always delicious! It’s also quick and a great deal for when you’re in a hurry! The decor is always welcoming and so are the employees!
