There was a misunderstanding between me and the person who took my order, instead of #16 she started to get ready #6 which I corrected right away . Her attitude and how she rolled her eyes at me on simple misunderstanding would make this review 1 star but Amber who was at the register handled the issue very well , apologized and corrected right away with a smile the whole time. Also the sandwich was delicious, so thank you.
Not necessarily this location's fault but got coupons which said were good to use on the app (buy two giant subs/get one free). Of course it didn't work in the app so will not be giving them my business.
Food is ok but they are always understaffed. There’s no point in ordering on the app ahead of time because the order is never ready when they say it will be. I placed an order through the app and it said it would be ready at 630. Didn’t walk out with my order until almost 655. They kept stating it was because “we just got a bunch of online orders.” Your best bet is to actually just walk in but even then some people were waiting almost 20 minutes.
Always seem to busy at this location, usually a bunch of people working and get through the line quick. My go to spot for Jersey Mikes.
Joilet Store* Ordered a lg kahuna cheesteak got home no peppers no mushrooms barely any onions. drove back to the store was told I'd have to wait 30 minutes which I I could not. the worst part of this experience was no apology was given. Despite reading all the bad reviews I still ordered should have believed the reviews.
Jersey mikes in Joliet is the absolute worst branch there is. I have multiple stories of bad service but today was the worst. I placed a delivery order at 11am, it was suppose to be at my house at 12pm, and TWO HOURS later at 1pm I get a text saying my order was cancelled with no explanation. Then I tried to call THREE times and no one picked up. Whoever owns this branch needs to be replaced. They’re giving jersey Mike’s a bad name.
Food here is good but don't order online!!.. Waited over a half hour wasted my whole lunch break for a order I placed online.. meanwhile customers who walked in and walked out before my order was even touched..
Awesome service. They made the best veggie sub and went above and beyond to make it how I wanted!
