50/50 whether you'll get your traditional dry rub wings over-seasoned. Often go twenty-twenty five minutes without seeing our waiter, cooks yelling about for no reason, angsty hardcore music playing and sport interviews (not sports) on the televisions at 5pm on a Friday making building extremely loud.
The expectation I had for Hooters was met delightfully. Service was fast, friendly, and accurate. The food was delicious, portioned great and priced well. I sat at the bar, TVs everywhere, everything was clean. This wasn’t my first visit and won’t be my last.
Very expensive for very tiny portions! Got the ten Buffalo shrimp very small and little breading! My husband got 8 wings they were OK. Beware if you want blue cheese or ranch extra 1.19 each! Service just OK ! Very disappointing won't be back!'?
We have been getting wings here for years. We understand prices going up. Todays order we got sub quality wings. We are willing to pay for quality but when you substitute quality to save money you lose our business.
This was our second visit to the Joliet Hooters. The waitresses are always so polite and attentive. Our orders were accurate and tasty. No complaints.Do you like coconut? Try their pina colada - very good.
Worst service I've ever had at any Hooters ever. We drove an hour and were going to a show at the Rialto after dinner. Could've gone anywhere, but we go to Hooters whenever we can. Got there a few minutes before 5:00, perfect time. We were seated right away. A waitress offered to get us drinks but told us she was not going to be our waitress and it was shift change so it would be a few minutes for our server to get to us.Ok, we're good sports, in a good mood cuz we're at Hooters and just ordered a pitcher of sangria.20 minutes goes by, no waitress, no order being put in........Our confused and starting to get irritated looks caught the attention of a person that looked like a manager maybe. She asked us if everything was ok and we told her no, because we hadn't even gotten to order yet. She apologized and said our waitress was doing paper work. At least she took our order, but seriously, how is the waitress doing paperwork our problem??? We're supposed to wait til she's done?Another 10 minutes goes by and our waitress finally stopped by to say Hello but wasn't particularly friendly. I think she must have overheard us talking about the dwindlng tip.The food took a little longer to get than we expected, but was definitely worth the wait and the only reason this review has three stars.The waitress stopped by one more time when we were done eating and asked if we wanted anything else to drink. We said no and she went away and never came back with our check.Husband went to the restroom, he came back I went to the restroom. I saw our waitress standing around chatting at the hostess station on my way back to the table. We waited another 5 minutes or so and I got the attention of one of the waitresses actually working that we wanted our check.Needless to say we're striking Joliet Hooters off our list.
Service is good and staff is always friendly. Food is great and usually out quick. Would recommend this location.
Took my Mom for the first time, after we went to a Dr appointment - introduced her to loaded tots and their honey barbeque & honey Thai chili boneless wings, then dessert. Our server Anna was very friendly & attentive, Mom was tickled pink - she loves the food, feel, and hospitality they offer. Thanks Joliet Hooters!

They are the best , first time I have the worst costumer service and waitresses with a huge awful aptitude. I normally bring my family every week , we are at hooters maybe 4, 5 or more a month. Very disappointed today so sad .
