I just got my order. I ordered a veggies sandwich with cheese. It came no cheese with literally 1 slice of green pepper, the mushrooms were almost raw as well as the onions. When I order from other locations the veggies are actually grilled. There was so much cajun seasoning on the fries they were hard to eat. Very disappointing....
This was actually one of my favorite Five Guys experiences. The staff was good to us, the burgers were delicious, and the fries were on par with the best we’ve had.I was VERY hungry, so I may have been kinda biased.Good staff: quick, assertive, friendly, and seemed to care when I casually mentioned they were out of ketchup at the pump.Thanks for the grub.

The food is excellent however I had an interview for a weekend position some weeks sgo. Was told the manager was not there. I suspect she was there the whole time. Contacted their corporate office and got no response. Hope my food is what it looks like in your ads the next time I come in

I haven't been here in a few years and I was left with mixed feelings, $12 burger and almost $5.00 for fries? Are you flipping kidding me!!! The fries are cooked in peanut oil and are ok, the burger is flat top cooked in front of you but they squeeze the juice out of them and put the burger together in front of the customer, the bun was toasted but cold when I received it, pretty tastee but definitely not worth the cost just shy of $20 for a carryout burger fries and no drink is ridiculous, for just a few more dollars I could've had a steak dinner and a way better experience. Their hours are questionable and spotty at best and the place could use better management.
The burger and Cajun fried were great. Staff was extremely friendly and professional and the facility and bathrooms were clean
I was craving a cheeseburger so I decided to give 5 Guys a try. I had a cheeseburger all the way plus grilled jalapeño peppers, large coke and medium fry which I shared with my son. My son had a cheeseburger with lettuce and onion and a coke. Everything was excellent. Burgers were hot off the grill, juicy, and my son even commented that the cheese was actually melted on his burger. He said it was the best burger he ever had, even better than Shake Shack. Fries were excellent, hot out the fryer and more than enough for the both of us. Overall an excellent experience and will definitely go back. No more typical fast food burgers for us.
We called to place an order since they aren’t accepting online orders. I was immediately placed on hold, they just set the phone down on the counter, and forgot about us. After 11 minutes a different worker came to the phone and said “hello?” and we asked if they forgot about us and he said he just saw the phone sitting on the counter and picked it up. Horrible customer service.
Inconsistently open and often closed. I've stopped by 4 times in the past couple of months and they were only open two of those times. Every visit was attempted during posted business hours and no signs were left explaining the closure. You're better off calling before making the trip. Otherwise, you can safely assume they decided not to open that day.
