The doughnuts here are week and anemic. Never have any choices. Not even for the staple doughnuts like powder sugar or long John's. And when you do get doughnuts. They seem like they were left over from the day before.... on the bright side the coffe drinks are always good. If nit this post would only get 1 star
I just got charged $3.47 cents for a small iced Coffee. I paid it just because there was a long line behind me. But as I drove away I was like nope. Looked it up online and a small iced coffee is priced at $1.99 regardless of the time. Who else are they stealing from?
Coffee always comes out horrible. I always have to go in and complain. I’m lactose intolerant so I have to get oat milk instead they use regular cream and roll their eyes and get mouthy when you tell them it’s regular cream.
Don't order food from here unless you want to wait for 15 minutes on the side of the building while they clearly don't care. They will also make everone else's food that came behind you since you have been waiting before they bring your food out.
Very disappointed of this location, I place my order, when I received it, i noticed that the order was wrong,I ask them to please switch the two jelly ones for a strawberry donuts, well they give me an attitude, 3 girls walked together with the lady that supposed to fix my order, they took a little while to be honest , but I was calm so I decided to wait , well they give me my order back when I get home I opened the box and guess what these little brats put the 2 long Jones upside down and the other 2 facing so when I try to separate them they get all messed up and look unattractive for my kids. Like really how old are those ladies? Like they took their time to do this just because I asked them and I nice way to switch the 2 donuts!!! They really need to work on their attitude asap before they keep losing customers.
Despite its location on US-30 so near I-55, this Dunkin is very easy to get into, to park, and to get out of.This store is very comfortable, even featuring deep upholstered chairs by the window.No explanation is necessary to tell you about the great coffee, sandwiches, and treats on offer at a Dunkin Donuts!At the time of my visit, Indid notice both restrooms were locked. Perhaps a temporary maintenance issue, but needs to be corrected on a regular basis to earn a top rating.
Always love Dinkins coffee, double chocolate donut or munchkins with some avocado toast even there stuffed crescent
My food was still cold like the pulled it from the fridge and skipped the warming it up part.
This Dunkin’ Donuts suckss. I always try to give them a second chance but they fail me every time. Plus whoever the manager is (tall skinny guy) lacks customer service. No “hi good morning” or “have a good day”. The ppl in my age group that work there are nicer but the older ppl in the morning are terrible. Just go to a diff location.
Pulled up and ordered and they didn’t have what I wanted not there fault so I askek for a second to order and once I was ready I was RUDELY interrupted and then ordered. They rang my order up wrong costing 21 dollars and then when I payed I say for about four minutes for mu avocado toast past when they gave me my drinks. The whole time I was waiting everyone was sitting there but one worker was actually working. They were sitting in there phones with headphones in doing nothing. ? feel bad for that new girl.
