I usually go here all the time to get my food but whoever they have working there now is super rude and didn't even make my food right. I mean it's just common sense that you put cream cheese over the entire bagel and not just one part of the bagel! Not to mention her nasty attitude!

Came around 10:20-10:30ish valentines and ordered a medium hot mocha latte. Opened the lid and this is what I see. It came half filled as if someone already drank out of it and still served it to a customer.
Are they fast? Sure. Will they screw up your order and then refuse to make up for it? Also, yes.This place ruined my morning coffee (on a Monday out of all days) I had to throw it out because it was extremely sugary when I asked for no sugar (favor shots NOT swirls) then when I tried to call them, they wouldn’t answer their phone whatsoever. So I tried to get my drink right the next day and they told me there was no manager so basically It didn’t matter that I wasted my money the day prior on a disgusting drink. This used to be my normal morning coffee spot.. not anymore.

After spending 40 bucks there My kids were trying to used the bathroom, they told us bathrooms are closed to customers??? What kind facility doesn’t have bathrooms open to customers. Never stopping here again
