There are two locations on Chicago Street. This is the good one. Very pleasant staff, slightly cheaper than the other Chicago Street location, and the matcha latte is visibly darker and tastes better.

Gave 3 stars because most of the time they get my order right but today I got a cup of milk with a hint of caramel…. This was supposed to be a Salted Caramel Iced Latte…..

This particular store advertises items they do not have I was told AFTER REQUESTING TWO DAYS IN A ROW. Not a real fan of Dunkin any way.
This Dunkin is the only one in Joliet open until 10pm. We always get coffee here for that reason.
