Everything was wonderful except for the screaming 18 month old that ruined the ambience.
Food, service, and ambience were all excellent, as usual. The only problem was a large party seated near us who were somewhat loud. We should have asked to be moved to another table, but thought of it after we had already ordered.
Aged filet overcooked, which was eventually replaced but they also forgot our sides, so by the time that was corrected, main dishes were cold. Waitress sincerely apologetic but for a $300+ dinner for two, they just offered free desserts to compensate. Food was good, not great. Service was very disappointing.
We went here for my birthday and were not disappointed. The food was amazing as always. I had wished to have a pasta dish but they had changed the menu and there were no pasta dishes on the menu. I had the chicken caprese with wild rice and could only finish half. Bonus for me because now I have dinner for tonight. My boyfriend had the bone in rib eye which was cooked perfectly. He usually finished all his steak but even he had to take home a doggie bag. I wish more people had respected the dress code, but it was still a much better clientele than some other finer restaurants in Joliet. We loved eating at the old location , but the new location is so much nicer. Definitely our favorite restaurant in Joliet by far.
Dinner was wonderful, as usual, and the new space is HUGE! I had the surf & turf and it was amazing. Other half had the filet and also amazing. This was a spur of the minute reservation for dinner and I'm so happy we got to visit at the new space.
First time at the new locationâelegant! But like the old location, no change in diningâfood is STILL superb! Service was first-rateâ¦our server kept things moving.
We had the bone in rib-eye and filets. The steaks were very good. I was shocked that the baked potatoes were under cooked. Potatoes are one of the simplest foods to make and it was still hard when we cut into it. Other than that we were originally going to be seated next to the kitchen area. We asked to be moved and we were. I donât understand why you would even have seats so close to that area when no one could enjoy the spot with the traffic and noise. Just my opinion We would give it another try and hopefully have a better experience.
Was a wonderful dinner. Great food and Cheryl was our server. She was excellent! Made some wonderful suggestions and we were not rushed. Will be back real soon
First time visiting and had huge expectations based on ratings reviewed and was not let down in the least Everything was prepared to perfection, service was excellent. We were celebrating my birthday and our anniversary, must have had 5 or more associates wish us well Thanks for a great evening. We will be back
I love the atmosphere of this place. We were seated in the upper section of the restaurant. I had the seafood platter, with lobster, scallops and shrimp, which was amazing, The other members of our table 2 had surf & turf with lobster, and 2 had the aged steak. Caesar salad was very good, one had the regular salad but said the dressing was ok. Everyone thought the prices were very reasonable. Side dishes were good along with the martinis and the wine selection. Definitely coming back to try something new. Our server Brittany was amazing.
