This has a clean, friendly environment and offers a good variety of foods that taste good.
Came in as past drive through orders were not made right...very disappointed with quality of customer service here. The place was empty with 5 staff behind counter. One of them took my order for a Sundae and then nothing...I just stood there for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to make the Sundae which took literally 30 seconds when someone finally got to it. No apologies or explanation. Sundae ice cream was melted so it was basically a shake in a cup for 7 dollars. My last visit here for sure given bad drive through experience and now this
Food is always great. Service is good. 18 dollars for a Walleye Dinner through the drive through = Not Good. Price is starting to increase disproportionately to quality of product.
Love the mushroom burgers and my grandkids love the chicken strips great good
Great service, a bit pricey compared to other Culver's, no online ordering is bummer, and prices are hidden, so you never know what your paying for when you order.I went through drive-thru and was surprised to see how close in price a double butter burger deluxe with bacon was compared to a single butter burger deluxe. This is NOT the norm compared to other Culver's. Before getting annoyed, I ask for a menu so I have a future reference and can make better decisions in the future, and the menu I am handed is generic with no prices. Seriously, the owners don't know how to make prices available?This is the only Culver's I would go to that I couldn't figure out price before going. Because of this location keeping prices hidden, I will not go back to this location.
It seems more often than not this location microwaves food to be served as fresh. Cheese curds should be crunchy not soft and steaming from the center. The burger patty’s are made several hours in advance. After getting food poisoning from here I don’t recommend. This location is struggling so hard they have to put signs to not add sugar to the tea for employees to remember it’s not about the quality of food it’s the profit. Call for a refund they said they will remake my food lol why would anyone want to go back to a place that made them sick. This patty clearly sat so long on the bun the once seared layer started to separate from the meat. Give people the rightful money back! Trust me you guys will lose more money refusing a refund for poor quality food.
I ate a chicken sandwich from here2 days ago and it was so good I like it and their burgers are good too I love this place
Make sure you check your bag before you drive away from the drive thru window. Several times we had to go back after getting home because we discovered they forgot a tarter sauce, or a cheese curd, or a burger.
This Culver's is much better than the one on Larkin, they're large milkshakes are much bigger. Everyone is always so nice when we stop here and it's always a pleasure to go here.
Culver's is always great. They service with care. They care 4those they service. These r young people 2. I m a thankful patron.
