The little one enjoyed her time and loved all of the games. We all enjoyed the food, pepperoni pizza with a cheesy crust. The only thing that was unpleasant was that the restrooms were both down and the employees were did not inform us. Thankfully for us, we had two adults in our group so the little one could plan while we took turns going to the gas station to use the restrooms there.
My son and I come here often and this location is very clean. I think they have updated games too. Today I can tell they were understaffed but they handled it very well. We see Ethan every time we come and he is so nice, especially to all the crazy kids! I forgot to add his name on the survey but I wanted to make sure I let everyone know that I highly recommend this location and Ethan has excellent customer service!
Place was about average size compared to other I've been to but it was good that you could see everything with no walls so you can keep an eye on your kids. They didn't seem to have any child check-in / check out security (stamp, etc) which one seem some Chuck e. Cheese have. It was nice to see those security measures. Enchanted castle and other child friendly FECs don't do that. But if the place is ever packed it would be a good idea to reinforce that security for sure.Overall it was a pleasant way for kids to play and meet friends and classmates. I got a little chuckleseeing that they serve beer on tap now. Stress reliever for parents. LOL Food was better than I remember for a Chuck E.Cheese. Cashier service was friendly. Games seem limited in terms of count but kids will still have fun nonetheless. Doesn't have Fishbowl Frenzy or Launch Code like I've seen in others (two of my personal favorite games as an adult). ?
good times with the family, my daughter had a great time, thank you Chuck E. Cheese
Ethan is the best manager! He made a deal with me that if I beat his score, that he would give me 50 tickets! Well.. let's just say good luck getting a score on the leaderboard UNDER 62! He made a deal and he
It was great except Fernando who pushed me around because his work of emptying the trash can was too important to use manners and say excuse me. Thank goodness I don't live around here.
It's gotten a little too expensive. It's better to eat before you go. Plus in order to play the machines you use a play card which is better for the kids cause it's less germs, but you have to pay for the card which is bull****. You can turn it in before you leave and get a piece of candy(a tootsie roll) which is a two cent piece
3 star since we all exited the building with kids without anyone checking on us , Chuck e Cheese used to have this hand stamp system for kids safety I am disappointed that they got rid of it. Other than this it is better if you guys place at least a few hand sanitizer stations between game machines. We ordered stuffed crust cheese pizza it was delicious. Machines were all working and we went there Monday night, I love that it wasn't busy at all so we get to play whatever we want without waiting . Kids had so much fun . Game prices and the pizza cost was fair but I wonder why drink cups are overpriced.
Chuck E. Cheese, or Charles Entertainment Cheese as he properly known as, is truly a place where a kid can be a kid. All kidding aside, the restaurant was clean, the food was pretty good and the staff was helpful. My kids enjoyed being able to play the games, which were all in working order and enjoyed interacting with Chuck E. Cheese while singing a birthday song. All in all a great way to kill a couple hours.
I used to love coming here. With no animatronics and games that not only don't spit out tickets (they put them on a card) but when you do win tickets it's only 2 4 or 8 for the most part. A cheap plastic 20 cent toy is 250 tickets. Not as fun for the kids as it used to be. Gets 3 stars for being clean.
