I was charged TWICE. The young lady ringing me up said it didn't go through but it did when I later checked my bank account. When calling the restaurant someone would pick up and not answer. This happened 3 TIMES. Not only that, when someone did answer and I asked for a manager the HUNG UP THE PHONE! I went to the store and had the problem taken care of but answer your phones when people call and resolve problems. I'm pretty sure the gentleman(manager) I spoke too was the one who hung up on me. Same soft spoken voice when speaking to the manager at the store. The restaurant had over flowing garbage inside and outside and tables needed to be wiped down. When I needed a fork they had them up at the cashier counter in a container where anyone can put their hand on your fork. Gross! This location needs to do BETTER!
Was out of steak regular chicken. Had no chips at 6:22 coming to peak hour no guacamole. Line was absolutely dirty customers had to ask for towels to wipe down their own tables. They weren't wearing aprons on the line no hats on around the food. The supply station was out of napkins lids and silverware. Trash cans were over flowing and they had one person on line by themselves. Absolutely the worst store I've seen and the most disgusting show of cleanliness
I rate this location 1 star because of how bad my food was. I ordered bowl. I was missing the veggies, salsa and corn salsa. The rice was super crunchy and the food was ice cold like it had been sitting for an hour. The delivery was only 8 mins away .the bag was not safety sealed and the chips I ordered were soggy, super oily, and stale. I didn't get utensils or Napkins also. I will never come to this location again. I've had multiple issues with this location. I've already contacted corporate about this issue and this location
Very poor customer service. Our server was rude and did not listen, seemed like she had better things to do rather than make our bowls. We ended up with far too much hot sauce on 2 of our bowls and none on the others. Asked for a side of guacamole, which was banged on to the counter. Asked for hot sauce, was ignored 3 times before reluctantly getting it. I suspect passive aggressive racism, since we watched other customers get far better service. This may be the last time we eat at Chipotle.
Every time I come here it’s a bad experience. Either you guys are out of food or closed early. Just came last night. You guys were out of white rice and out of chicken! That is absolutely unbelievable. How are you guys out of chicken. Tables are disgusting not cleaned. Trash is over flowing out of the bins. How do you guys even pass inspection? Too bad this is the closest one to me I’m gonna have to travel further for a different location because this location is never good.
Was not good, burrito was tiny and if you've had a burrito from a chipotle who knows what they're doing then you know they are pretty hefty. I would compare the one I got to a burrito on the value menu from the taco place with a bell symbol...that was with paying for double protein. Steak was tough and not cooked all the way through and every ingredient besides the rice was scarce in the burrito bowl we ordered as well. Will not be stopping at this one ever again
My husband and I just picked up our order from this location, and I can say I’m very annoyed. Both of our orders were missing major toppings, the rice was undercooked, and I found pieces of meat in my vegetarian bowl. The order was also not even started by our pickup time, but this wouldn’t have been as big of a deal if they didn’t butcher everything else. What’s the point of customizable orders if the employees just completely disregard any instructions?
Food was bad. Everything seem cold and tough. They forgot to give me the drink cup for the drink I ordered and had to be asked again. No utensils in the bins and the place had not been cleaned in quite a while there was food and napkins all over the floor and the trashcan was missing from being emptied and trash piled everywhere. When the trash can was brought back it was instantly filled and they didn’t even make an attempt to get rid of the rest of the trash.
Went for lunch. Busy, but food was still cold. Only 6 pieces of steak. Love cheese but way to much. Probably to hide lack of other ingredients. At first we thought they put spaghetti on top. Never again for their prices. 2 out of 7 times was good.
Steak was lil' over cooked. Soda machine was out of flavoring but she checked it right away. Still very good. Crew worked really well together as a team
