Poor customer service. Came in to order a bowl , they did not want to give us fajitas because its only for online and seme was with guac also only for online. When confronted they said " if you don't want the bowl no problem get out" or just order it online and will give it to you. I check and order online available in 25 minutes. It felt degrading and will not be coming back to chipotle.
This is the second time I visit this location and both times have been disappointing. Don't think I'll go there again. They are super stingy with the ingredients! Even the lettuce! Also, a couple of the employees are not very friendly. I feel that customer service needs to be at an all time high since so many places are raising their prices, but that's just me.
No burritos?? Tortilla heater broke .. yet they had another one by the cashier that worked .. i asked … the guy put a total of 4/5 strings of cheese on the tacos I then ordered .. and continued to try to put the same amount of lettuce … beyond slow service also .. The bill for 2 over $39.00.. which is fine if I can get what I want ..a fair amount in a timely matter !!! There are other chipotle’s that are better !
Well, for what I paid. It wasn't worth it. Yhe tacos were good but the bowl just was not what I expected. First time trying one and it was lacking. I'll just stick with the burritos. And why is the food cold all the time? I had to create an account because they stopped taking walk ins. Which was no big deal, but extra time added to my hungryness.. (not a word, I know)
Carnitas salad with guacamole was solid, but seemed to lack the green salad portion. The guacamole was fresh and delicious. The carnitas had some parts that felt gnarly or almost like chicken.
I've received severely undercooked rice three or four times now, it shouldn't crunch when you bite into rice. I tried to get a partial refund via the app but instead I was given two BOGO coupons. I don't want to spend more money for more CRUNCHY RICE! Can't even call the restaurant directly because the phone number throws you into an automated customer service hell loop.
Run of the mill chipotle. It’s chipotle so of course I’ll be back. It seem like no one at this location seems to like any part of their job. Everyone looks mad to be there and seems to be bothered by the presence of a customer.
Good food made in front of me. Some of the ingredients like Queso and guacamole were old and needed to be replaced. I didn't pay extra for old and discolored product. Overall the meal was good. Could have been better.
My food here is always pretty good and this is one of my favorite places to eat, but the customer service is atrocious. I understand people having a bad day. But for every time that I come in every single person to be rude and short with me is simply annoying. I am very nice I order my food and move on and say thank you to everyone that helps me and somehow I’m always on the end of attitude. The people working the line, cashier, and mangers especially. Whenever I want this I’m going to consider going to the one on Plainfield road. Everyone there is amazing!
I’m never eating at this location ever again in my life. You know what I’m not ever eating at any location my entire life. I went to this chipotle about 4 weeks ago and they gave me food poisoning causing me to throw up in class and ever since then I’ve been “sick,”but not just sick. It was just nausea that wouldn’t go away so I went to the hospital and they said nothing was wrong, and now I have a huge worry I will throw up in class and so I haven’t been to school in about 2 weeks all together because I now have a big fear of throwing up because you guys gave me bad chicken. It also doesn’t help that I feel nauseous 24/7 and it literally messes with my entire life. I just want the worker who made that chicken know that I can’t go a day without feeling that I will throw up. I can’t even go to school in these conditions that’s how bad it is. You’ve also gave me more anxiety then I already had because it scared me how fast throwing up happens. So I realized it can happen anytime anywhere.Please never go to this location it literally ruined my life. I’ve missed so much days of school and volleyball I probably can’t even get into the high school I want to get in because of how much days I’ve missed… Thanks a lot
