I try always to find the positive side on the experience, especially when it comes to restaurants; unfortunately this time I believe it's necessary to say something; not only one person but everyone who experience good or bad service; otherwise nothing is going change and people offering a service is going to continue with: attitude, lack of education and good manners, etc. etc.We had dinner at this Italian restaurant (2nd time, since the 1st time the food was delicious). Starting with the hostess no manners at all, the food was ridiculous HIGH in sodium, to resume our experience; The spaghetti was overcooked; in an Italian Restaurant? This was too much!. Sorry for this review but as Mgr, Owners or hostess, you need to know that you're offering a service that is Not Free, so if you don't like what you do at work; find another job.please
Excellent!!! Service, drinks and pizza all excellent! I've been going there for years it's been several years since my last visit probably the best pizza in the suburbs. Definitely in my top three.
Cemeno's has the best tasting pizza I have ever found. My daughter Andrea Casanova makes sure that she eats at Cemeno's at least once time every time she comes from California to visit us and her husband's family in Joliet.I received a text today stating that if I would like to sign up to receive texts in the future with promotions from Cemeno's, I would be given a $10 off coupon on any order over $30. I didn't let that one pass me by, I did it tonight and it was wonderful as usual!Cemeno's is a family restaurant and pizza place and the staff are very considerate and caring. I can't say enough good things about their restaurant. It's my favorite place to go for holidays or special occasions!
We had a family gathering here. Everything was ready when we arrived: mostaccioli, pizza, fried chicken and salad. All were really good! I like the pepperoni and turkey that was in the Salad. They also have a good gluten free pizza. The two people taking care of us were outstanding.
I've been eating here over 40 years since it was Aurileos in a different location. I know pizza is a very personal taste, but this is my all time favorite. The sauce is sweet with quality ingredients on top. I love the thin crust with corn meal on the bottom. Great appetizers as well. I just wish the main dining room would reopen.
Actually i was kind of disappointed. The pizza was good. Service was ok. The whe hour i was there, a table next to me remained completely dirty. I ordered wings. There wasnt one wet wipe in the building. Went to the bath room to wash my hands, the soap dispenser didnt work. I have 2 toddlers. I couldnt clean their hands anywhere. None of the staff wore a mask. I guess Cemenos doesnt care abiut spreading covid. Never going back for a dine in. Pizza was good tho.
Pizza is the best around Joliet. I moved to Atlanta so I bought 4 frozen pizzas to go. Deeply regret that now sense I already ate 3. Next time I visit family I'll buy 20. :)
Delicious thin crust pizza. Big place with big bar area. Excellent service and fair prices
Worst food I ever had from a pizza place. Pizza was a cheap dough with cheap ketchup and cheap mozzarella. Even the mushroom topping was from a can. Fried mushrooms were soggy and filled with oil. Salad contained a huge chunk of lettuce that had dirt and other disgusting things inside it. Paid more than I pay at other much better places. Sorry, but I am disappointed.
Completely dropped the ball on my granddaughter's birthday party. We ordered pizzas for her party and when we got there to pick them up were told they would be out of the oven in 10 minutes. It was almost an hour. We had 60 people waiting for food. It wasn't busy, I have no idea what the issue was. Obviously they hadn't even started the order. The solution was an uncooked pizza.
