The 3% surplus charge that they sneak on to your check at the very end is crap! Stupid stupid business decision! I would rather them increase their prices than to charge a stupid surplus. It just looks like dishonesty and greed! Whether anybody thinks it’s fair or not I would deduct that surplus from the server’s tip and then likely not return. So who wins? Nobody! Restaurants should be happy having customers back after the pandemic rather than pissing them off!

great environment, friendly staff, however the fish on a Thursday night just wasn't doing it for me. it wasn't bad it just wasn't what I hoped it would be. I'm from Wisconsin land of the fish fry so expectations were high. probably shouldn't have got fish on a Thursday though that's on me so I still give it four stars. the guys I were with had burgers and thought they were really good.

The service was absolutely great but the food was disgusting. I ordered a pretzel and it was cold… We also ordered wings and the wings literally looked liked my grandpas knee replacement. The wings were cold and the inside was brown and very hard. I literally went to the bathroom and got super sick. Never again. The manager gave us a free dessert which was a cheesecake .. The crust was very hard . We spent over $50 on nothing . Just a waste of money.
Our group of 4 reserved one of the very cool outdoor huts. I was worried it might be cool in there, but it was warm and cozy. Unfortunately, they forgot to send a server to us, but everyone was apologetic and the excellent service made up for it.We ordered two appetizers for the table, it was a huge quantity of food. The burgers arrived shortly after, they were also huge. Mine was done perfectly, the cheese was nicely melted, really a good burger. Overall a nice meal in a fun location.
great place, first class food, both main courses and desserts taste great, staying in this place is a pure pleasure, I sincerely recommend to every friend, I will definitely come back more than once myself, the service is very polite and positive, the interior design attracts attention staying inside.
We eat here often. Our food was amazing, and our server in training Carlos knocked it out of the park. I hope they keep him on, cooked our burger to perfection, and very friendly personality. His trainer Carolina was super sweet and took great care of us as well.Note to the owners*** it’s been 6 months coming here, and the co2 for the bar is almost non existent. Soda gun is always flat, which makes the servers have to run in back, and take extra time for non alcoholic beverage drinkers. No complaint!!! Just an FYI
Service was great , and food tasted good but I got sick after eating the burger. Not sure if is all the grease on the burger, but probably won't return.
I used to enjoy dining at the bar for lunch, averaging one visit per week. I even had my dad meet me there to spend time together and provide more business to the establishment. He always orders a meal to go for my mother as well. On the rare occasion I am off work early, I had been returning to the bar to have some drinks at the encouragement of the staff during lunch. I was having such a pleasant time on 12/23, that I insisted on my boyfriend joining me for dinner once he was off work. Unfortunately moments after he finished his first ever bar burger, Trisha made us feel extremely unwelcome by threatening to "call the cops" on me BEFORE accusing me of withholding payment. Until then, I had never been accused of such a thing in my entire life. There is no precedent for Trisha to direct her rude and hyperbolic behavior toward me. Once home, I called to ask for an explanation and information regarding who I can escalate this matter to because I am hurt and feel uncomfortable returning. Trisha refused to provide any response. Until Trisha is removed from her position as manager or if she would like to provide an apology to me, my family will take our business elsewhere.
